The campsite itself is absolutely gorgeous – the surroundings are beautiful, the facilities are excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing break. However, the young staff unfortunately seems to be a bit inexperienced. Guests' wishes and concerns are often not properly perceived or implemented. There is clearly room for improvement in communication and coordination of staff. If improvements are made here, the place could be absolutely great.

It was just a short stopover, the parking space was great, with a view of the lake. The supply and disposal for the motorhome can be improved, otherwise everything is nice and clean.

Very nice welcome, clean and very modern sanitary facilities. The only drawback is that the shower water splashes all over the vestibule and the water also runs into the hallway in front of the showers.A well-stocked mini market.Small bathing beach and extra dog bathing area.After a short hike you will reach a larger water access for dogs outside the campsite. You can also go swimming there with your dog.

We were here with the motorhome in the first week of September. Great place, great, friendly staff. There is a bread roll service, a dog beach and a playground for the kids. Boat and bicycle rentals possible. The restaurant was open for two days due to a lack of staff. Super delicious! The sanitary facilities are clean. There is a summer toboggan run about 2.6 km away and a monkey forest next door. The nearest shop is Malchow, about 5km away. 5 🌟 from, we are happy to recommend it.

We were on the site in May 2024. Very nice welcome, clean and very modern sanitary facilities. A well-stocked mini market. Beautiful swimming area. Magnificent sunsets. Only the highway can be heard clearly and the walk to the toilets can be quite long depending on the parking space. It's better to take a toilet bike...

A very clean, beautifully located, quiet campsite in the middle of nature. Water and electricity directly at the pitch. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our boat could be slipped and had an anchorage right at the CP. Small, clean bathing beach. Good for children as the water is shallow. A dog beach is also available. On Saturdays you can buy game meat from the local hunter. Smoked fish straight from the oven is also available. You can find everything you need in the kiosk. There are great bike paths.I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. Nature camping is just a little more robust.We'd love to come back.

A fairly large but beautiful campsite.Great sanitary facilities that are always clean.Also washing up point and washing machines on site and very well maintained.Nice staff with whom you can discuss anything.Most of all, we enjoyed the peace and beautiful views and were amazed at how well a speed limit works on a campsite.We thank you for the wonderful time.Greetings from the most beautiful campsite in Thuringia

We stayed at the Malchow nature campsite for 5 nights. We found the location very good, Malchow is about 5km away and easy to reach. We found it a shame that the restaurant is closed due to a lack of staff and, upon request at the reception, is not expected to open again until September. If this were at least mentioned on the homepage or when making the reservation, guests could be prepared for it. Therefore a star deduction

Went with a car and tent, very nice beach, great service facilities and well located in the forest with enough sun spots. Definitely worth a trip.

What I didn't like was that I had to pay to wash up and empty the toilet. The good thing comes at the end. The campsite is very quiet and the sanitary facilities are very clean. Everyone at the reception was very friendly 👍

Very beautifully located nature campsite with beautiful hiking and cycling paths all around. The parking spaces are generously sized. The lake with the swimming bay on the site is perfect for cooling off. You can quickly reach the next larger city by public bus. Sanitary facilities are okay. Unfortunately the small restaurant is closed and there is no opportunity for a snack or a beer in between. Otherwise recommended.

Small and beautifully located campsite with large pitches, run lovingly and with great commitment by the entire staff. There are also many shady places due to the great trees. Modern sanitary facilities, always clean and well maintained. We don't care about the lack of internet; after all, that's not why I'm going camping. During the summer holidays there is a colorful range of activities for the kids with crafts, treasure hunts, baking waffles, games and sports and much more. You can also let the kids go off on their own without any worries. Large well-kept lawn on the beach and crystal clear water. Party on the weekend with live music and culinary pampering lovingly produced in-house (best wild goulash ever). We were there for the second time and will be back next year. Many thanks to the whole team for the wonderful summer vacation :) we are already looking forward to next year... Kind regards from the Beutler family

Beautiful natural campsite with a mix of tents, caravans and mobile homes (no giant mobile homes!! Which is very pleasing)Ideal for campers with dogs, as there are lots of shaded areas, your own swimming area and lots of forest to go for a walkGreat local offers:Rolls daily, freshly smoked fish and game meat from the Peenetal twice a weekMy Labrador and I felt very comfortable and would love to come back
