The hotel is located not far from the Müritz. It is lovingly furnished and the rooms have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions comprehensively. The breakfast was very tasty and various breakfast dishes were freshly prepared according to the guest's wishes.

It was only used as an overnight stop on the way to Zingst, and I was also able to get a voucher from here. “myday” can be redeemed.Room OK for one night, service at reception helpful and very friendly, but a bit disoriented regarding the specific booking.Restaurant ok, food ok, a meal was booked incorrectly, the real food came quickly, staff were very nice and tried to limit the damage.Summary: you can do it, unfortunately I didn't visit the spa, but it should be worth it!

Nice little hotel in a quiet location, 15 minutes walk from the marina.Parking directly at the house.Very friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast. People with intolerances are also catered for.We'd love to come back.

We stayed at Villa Margarete with friends for 5 days and had 2 superior double rooms with a balcony (booked cycling on the Müritz, price per person 728 euros with half board) plus parking and tourist tax for everyone of 114.80 euros.We would like to come back to Waren, but certainly not to this hotel again.

hotelIt could be betterA small hotel on a quiet side street.Our superior double room with balcony faced a quiet side street. The balcony was surrounded by tall yew trees and rhododendrons... You felt a bit trapped. A look at the street wouldn't have bothered me.The room was clean and corresponded to the description. What should be highlighted is the mosquito protection in front of the door.The breakfast was sufficient. But I wouldn't call it excellent for a 4 star hotel.It would also be nice if the buffet was completely full at 7 a.m. (breakfast begins) and not at 7:40 a.m. We only used it once early. I can't say what it was like on the other days.The sign that says it's stirring and... If there are fried eggs, it would be better to place them at the buffet rather than at the tap at the counter.We only noticed it through other guests' orders.I found one of the staff members to be very unfriendly. Everyone else was very nice.According to the description and belonging to the 4 * category, there are slippers.We were told that these have not been available for a year due to delivery problems and it would not be in the description. The lady was shown this and then we were told, even more rudely, that it was also unhygienic, that there weren't any in other hotels (we always had them), and that the guests always bring slippers. (we don't).I turned around and said a simple "I'm sorry" would have been enough.We also often had to wait a long time to hand in or get our key. Looking for staff and not finding them.It's a nice hotel, not that big.And with more kindness one would overlook some things.

The Ringhotel Villa Margarete is located just outside of Waren - it's about a 25-minute walk away. in the old town. The single room was modern and very clean, but unfortunately it faced the street, so it was very noisy - keeping the window closed was not an option due to the temperatures at night. The restaurant is very tasty and both dinner and breakfast were great. There is also a small sauna area. There is a lockable Plexiglas garage for bicycles. What the hotel can't do anything about, but what was extremely annoying, were the many mosquitoes - sitting outside was out of the question, at least there was a fly screen in the room.

The hotel has excellent cuisine, great breakfasts and restaurant staff. Room facilities very good. Unfortunately, our room (I think 201) was above the kitchen with loud appliances and near the elevator, which meant considerable noise even at night. Corresponding complaints at reception were dismissed. No offer to move into another room.Reduced our impression considerably.
