The staff is very helpful, nice and friendly. The service is very good. The food and drinks are very tasty. The rooms are in good and clean condition. The hotel is very suitable as a starting point for peripheral hikes, as the cycle paths are in the immediate vicinity.

Where did the hotel get the 3 stars? The cleanliness of the accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. A musty, smoky smell hit our noses as we entered the house. The windows haven't seen a cleaning rag in ages. Poor hygiene is a knockout for me. Criterion. After a quick look into the room we canceled our booking. No recommendation.

Very cosy place. It's clean, beds are comfortable, has everything needed, with gentle receptionist and fair prices. View behind window is beautiful. I highly reccommend. The rating should be higher than it is.

The hotel is very old. Everyone put a lot of effort into the New Year's Eve celebration, the breakfast was sufficient and good. But you couldn't feel comfortable.

I thought I was wrong at first. The plaster is falling off the wall, no fridge, carpet very dirty.The bathroom is covered in black mold in the corners. And now the best part... If you lift the toilet lid you could🤢🤮

We were clear about the exterior of the hotel...!!! We didn't care...we wanted cheap accommodation near Naumburg and Nebra...!!! When we arrived there was a note ready for us and our room key...!!! We found the service to be good...since we had announced a possible delay to the hotel...!!!Room as we expected...not luxurious but not shabby either...!!! From the 5th floor there is a great view of the nearby ICE high bridge...!!! Noise was limited...!!!The only downer in the room...the water pressure wasn't great and it took some time for hot water to come...!!!Breakfast OK...not too much...but no deficiency symptoms either...!!!Since we have now grazed the corner there, we probably won't stop there again, but if you want to go on a low budget holiday in this region in the future... you can't go wrong with the Hotel Trias...!!!

Never again. Old building (which we were aware of beforehand), but neither clean nor friendly staff. Meal offerings on the day of arrival true to the motto “eat or die”. We were neither given the menu nor asked about allergies or vegetarian options. Beer tastes old and stale. Non-carbonated Cola.The rooms are functionally furnished with outdated furniture. But these are already so broken and disgustingly dirty that we left after just one of three nights.But the old prefabricated building had one good thing: the sun couldn't blind anyone through the windows that hadn't been cleaned for years and you couldn't see the moldy joints in the bathroom.The entrance area alone with its tarnished mirrors speaks for the current situation of the "hotel" and is certainly the reason that we were the only guests in the entire hotel.

The service staff goes to great lengths, is very friendly and willing to ensure that customers have a nice day. Unfortunately, they have to make a lot out of a little. We wanted to order a buffet for a celebration but the hotel manager wasn't willing to provide it, for whatever reason. The rooms are very worn, dirty and unkempt. There's mold in the shower, stains on the carpets and the dust on the blinds is probably older than me. In addition, the manager of the hotel is very unfriendly and arrogant. For breakfast there was expired yogurt and expired juices. All in all, the hotel/restaurant is not recommended.

There was a strange smell throughout the hotel, there was spoiled food from the previous guest in the refrigerator (minibar). It stank to high heaven. No hairdryer in the shower and no radiator either. Monday evening there was no warm water for showering. The toilet was completely covered in rust. Remains of water damage everywhere. The radiator in the room was gurgling the whole time. The towels were not changed.The service in the restaurant was very friendly and the food was good. Breakfast was good too!

Nice hotel.The building is a bit older and the air in the rooms is a bit smoky.Nevertheless, the rooms are extremely well maintained; a bit old fashioned but clean and tidy.There is something for everyone at breakfast.Otherwise everything is good.
