Rooms, well, they don't take the cleaning too seriously here, the breakfast is very economical, a few slices of sausage and cheese, half bottles full of juice. I don't understand why the WiFi is only released for a few days when you know there is no network in this area anyway. You could also create an open hotspot that would be permanently usable for everyone (:

Check-in and breakfast/dinner took place directly at the monastery courtyard. |The actual accommodation is about 1 km in the neighboring town and has nothing to do with the monastery. …

Slept here for one night on my Harz monastery pilgrimage. Nice room, friendly facilities, everything neat and clean. But the bathroom is not for fitter people. …

If you arrive after a long journey and then there is a sign on the locked door that says check-in and breakfast have to take place 1.2 km in the main building, then that's not possible at all☹️

The decor is like something out of a Bollywood film. Restaurant is clean. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. The Indian food was delicious. The music becomes tiring after a while. But otherwise great

The breakfast is very varied and includes a few extras, such as making your own waffles, eggs from the best farms and honey straight from the honeycomb. The accommodation, on the other hand, is not appropriate for the price/performance ratio. Our light in the bathroom was broken, which we reported directly to reception. We expected that a new light bulb would be in by evening. But this was not so. Instead the light was not repaired until the end of our stay (3 days). And it was a bathroom with no windows. The accommodation was also very noisy and the curtains let almost all the light through. The room was clean and tidy.Attention: There are two accommodations. Once the monastery itself and a coach house. If you book the coach house, you have to keep in mind that it is one village away (approx. 300 meters) and that if you arrive without a car you have to walk 300 meters to the breakfast buffet every time.
