Firstly. Customer service was amazing. The whole team are so friendly and always ready to help.However.The rooms are smaller than the pictures show. The rooms always have mosquitoes due to the open bathroom. And the location is too far from the city centre.Also. Don't get your laundry done through them. We made the mistake after a long day of going through them, they charged 410000IDR, the invoice on our clothes when we got them back was 89000, massive mark up. Left a sour taste in our mouth as we left.All in all, I think there are better value places closer to city centre.

Another great hotel, probably the best customer service out of any place I have ever stayed. The room is a little smaller than i was expecting but never the less worth the stay. Please note this is a somewhat open design for the bathroom which allows mosquito's in however the hotel staff did spray the room and light a mosquito coil.

We had a perfect stay. We were here for 2 nights. |The people are so nice and the room was very clean.|The airco was also very good in the room. The room was not fully closed but it was cold with the AC.|Nice hotel, you must stay here if you are in Canggu!❤️

Our stay was amazing. Everyone was very nice and made us feel at home. The rooms are beautiful and the swimming pool is next to the room which is very nice. There is also a nice garden where you can chill. We really liked that they helped us with everything and made our stay perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Premadhan Cottage Canggu. The accommodation was clean and beautifully designed. An incense coil was set up every evening to ensure a mosquito-free stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was simply delicious. The cottage could have been a little paradise, but unfortunately the current construction work in the area affected the morning peace. Between 7 and 8 a.m. the paradisiacal silence was over, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression.

Highly recommend. 10/10 experience. Don’t miss out. The outdoor washroom also has more privacy than expected. Service is great.they even give seperate colored towel for the pool. Do bring mosquito repellent, they do give a cool but some do slip past.
