We were passing through and needed 1 overnight stay with the 4 of us. Don't expect a super deluxe hotel or anything. But was fine. Nice shower, spacious room for us and the kids. Bed was fine. The bunk bed was less comfortable. But hey, the price was right too. Four for 78 euros!! We also had an Android TV in the room so we could log in and watch Netflix in the evening.

The rooms were ok. Clean floor, walls. Though a lot of insects at the top wall. A few mosquitos and webs. City is beautiful at day but dark and creepy at night. Stairway has a lot of webs and spiders. Customer service is kind a great. I had to kill over 100 insects to sleep in peace. Overall ok. wouldn't recommend at the end. The city is also dead at 9-10pm. Crazy.

Hotel rooms relatively small. The kitchen was totally dirty. I would only use the oven if there was no other way to prepare food. The cutlery and plates were also dirty, there were small remaining spots on the plates and cutlery that had already started to mold.The shower wasn't clean either, and let's not talk about the stairwell.Cleaning lady or rather cleaner vacuums the hallway of the rooms on Sunday mornings and bangs on the doors with the vacuum cleaner like my mother

Rooms small but clean. Good location (tram stop and NORMA store). BOSS is nice and communicative. The staircase is less clean. Lots of employees. The kitchen is medium clean. For this price (40 eur) it is ok

For a guesthouse it's quite good, not bad.I would freshen it up a bit because there are a lot of spiders crawling on the walls and ceilings, but for this price you can use the guesthouse

We had a really nice stay at the property. We stayed in the guesthouse as a group of 7 and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the division into several rooms (2*2 bed, 1*3 bed) was very pleasant. There were two more single rooms in the apartment. There was a shower and two toilets, which was completely sufficient.The owner welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment. He was available at any time and very friendly. The check-in and check-out times were very flexible and conveniently the Norma was right next door.There was probably water damage in the house that weekend, which is why many reservations had to be canceled and there were also several tradesmen around the house. We were lucky with our reservation...Price performance was great, €269 for one night. Clear recommendation :)

Never again!We booked 2 rooms in June for August so we could go to a festival as a group. 10 minutes before we got to the hotel, our rooms were simply canceled. When asked, they said they had had water damage since Friday. No information from this hotel since Friday. There was also no offer of an alternative. We were told it was “our problem”. We then had to take one of the most expensive hotels so that we could even have accommodation. The cheekiest thing of all was that Booking messaged me twice that the hotel owner was overbooked. So you were also lied to.A bottomless impudence. I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

We booked a room via Booking.com one month in advance. The host cancelled our reservation the same day it was supposed to start, 6 hours before our arrival. No justifications nor apologies were sent, only an automated message that they couldn't host us. Not recommended, this is unreliable behaviour and gave us lots of stress in finding an accommodation last minute.
