This hotel was the worst experience I have had so far. When I came into the room my bed was full of hair that wasn't mine and was covered in black spots. The WiFi in this hotel was not available. In addition, there was never anyone at the reception and the food on offer was so bad that I had to go to the doctor after the holiday, not to mention the fact that there was no lunch or dinner.All in all, I wouldn't recommend it and would wish the hotel an eternity in purgatory.

Nice hotel. Nice staff at the reception and in the breakfast room, speaking English (a rarity in these parts). The elevator worked. Very good breakfast.These are two buildings connected by a reception. There is quite a large parking lot on site. Hassle-free parking.

My mother and her cousin were there for two nights and they really enjoyed it.Really very good breakfast buffet and also got a cocoa (service in the restaurant was extremely nice).Very friendly lady at reception and very accommodating.My mother has already recommended it!

We spent two nights at the Parkhotel in December. The lady at the reception greeted us friendly. At first glance the rooms were fine - not exactly modern, but sufficient. All in all, the cleanliness was ok except for a few small things (cobwebs in the bathroom, bed sheets discolored). The bathroom is very, very old and the shower has an extremely high entry. There is no way to hold on. I found this to be very uncomfortable; it could be a problem for older people. In the evenings on both days there was only lukewarm water (showers were already uncomfortably cold), which you can't tell anyone because the reception is only open until 3 p.m. We both found the mattresses uncomfortable, but that is certainly very subjective.Unfortunately, the entire building was completely cold (it was probably closed beforehand). It wasn't possible to stay in the room at first, you would have had to go to bed. It really took several hours for the rooms to warm up. The TV was broken but could be replaced. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear every guest coming.The rooms are not cleaned during the stay.The breakfast was great, if I only had to rate the breakfast it would be 5 stars. The staff was friendly and committed. The breakfast rooms are in the historic part of the building (the rooms are not) and are correspondingly nice. The selection is good and the quality is good.There is a lounge where you can get cold drinks (charges apply). I found the prices for self-service to be too high (0.2 liters of cola for €2.50). It would be desirable to have a coffee and tea machine or appropriate kettles in the rooms.What really bothered me was the situation outside. It had been snowing for a few days and it continued to snow. When we arrived, at least a narrow path to reception had been cleared; the parking lot had not been cleared. In between, the parking lot was cleared a bit, otherwise nothing. When we left, neither the paths nor the parking lot had been cleared; there were ice sheets stuck everywhere. Luckily we parked on the street and not in the parking lot. No one could get away from there at first. We brought this to the attention of the lady at reception; she didn't seem to be taking the situation seriously. When you know that it's snowing, you also know that it has to be cleared!! There is an obligation to vacate!The building and its surroundings certainly have a lot of potential, but a lot of work and financial strength would still have to be invested.

Booking was good. Just checking in isn't great. We were out all day. You can probably check in until 6 p.m. I thought the reception would be open until 6pm.She wasn't. It was ok too. There was a phone number on file that I called. Well, the person on the other side of the line wasn't very friendly and just pointed out that you had probably received an email with which you could take the key out of a box at the entrance.No goodbyes and nothing nice. It's not a problem either.If 20 people call and ask stupid questions, it will definitely get annoying at some point.The rooms are clean and adequately equipped. Unfortunately there is no refrigerator in the room. Neither does a kettle.In the morning you are woken up by trampling around on top. The hotel can't do anything about it - they're just guests who can't be quiet.The breakfast was great. Everything you need for a good start to the day.Checking out was also ok. However, the price was more than what was included in the invoice you received online. The tourist tax was added to this, which is ok in my opinion but should still be mentioned beforehand.So overall it was a good, restful night.

We booked this hotel with 3 people for about 1 week.The rooms were functionally furnished and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very small but you don't spend that much time in the bathroom 🤪. The design of the bathroom may not be contemporary, but it is very clean. A positive thing to note is the water pressure from the shower, which is something you rarely experience.During the booking alone I had to call twice to ask something, I received very friendly and courteous advice on the phone, and when we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and everything was explained well to us. In general, all the employees we met were very friendly and accommodating.The breakfast is very good, everything you need for a good breakfast is there and of good quality.The hotel itself is in a great location, it is not that close to the main road, the location is quiet and yet centrally located. We were definitely not here for the last time.
