We only ate ice cream sundaes in the Eiskaffe. But that was great. A very large selection and very tasty. Whenever we're in the area again, we'd love to come back 😊

A successful weekend stay in the group. The staff was extremely friendly and competent. Room clean, no stains on wallpaper or flooring. We think shower curtains are no longer up to date, but that is a personal opinion and should not detract from the overall picture because they are clean. The breakfast we booked was amazing. Unfortunately, it is very rare to find baked goods, sausages and jams from regional crafts in a hotel, but here they are of the best quality. Egg dishes are prepared upon request and were also delicious 😋. Another thing worth mentioning is the large refrigerator on the floor for cooling your own food. For us, this hotel is absolutely recommended. Full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We went on a short cycling vacation.Upscale accommodation and first class cuisine.Bicycle storage not suitable for e-bikes. Problems with the TV were solved satisfactorily and well. The staff was very friendly and the chef served himself.Gladly again.

We booked two nights in this hotel. The breakfast was good, each guest had freshly prepared scrambled or fried eggs as desired. The welcome from the employee was very nice and friendly. We were asked if we would also like to have dinner in the evening. There was a 3 course menu, you could choose between two main courses, one fish and one turkey. The meat dish had a side dish that I didn't know the name of. The employee couldn't explain to me exactly what the name meant, but we agreed that it was filled noodles. Instead of stuffed pasta we got potatoes, the waitress didn't explain why. The food was good. The employee couldn't answer my question about the price of the menu and couldn't tell me the types of spritzers when I ordered the drinks. I was given the card and told to check it out myself. I thought there were at least 10 varieties, I was disappointed there were only 4 varieties. The boss served us personally, it's sad that she doesn't know the drink menu.On Saturday evening around 10 p.m. we wanted to have a cool drink at the bar or restaurant - we were 6 people - but unfortunately we were turned down by the boss. She would have settled by now and won't serve anything anymore. Why did she and her guests already have cool drinks, and other guests who came after us didn't get anything either. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, there were still long black hairs in the shower, and there were fingerprints everywhere on the doors. The toilet seat was full of yellow stains. I immediately objected to it, and it was only after a long discussion and with reluctance that it was replaced. The rooms will only be cleaned if you put up a door sign. Guests should receive such important information upon arrival and not upon departure. According to the boss, that would be the case these days and there wouldn't be enough staff. So far I have not experienced this in any hotel where I have stayed longer than one night. The rooms are always cleaned. The staff should communicate more with the guests. We will book a different hotel for the next diving weekend.

I called from the highway. An answering machine rang with a promise to call back. I spontaneously needed 2 single rooms for one night. Leave a phone number and concerns. No feedback whatsoever.

The reception from the boss wasn't particularly warm; comments like "everyone else can find the parking space" or "actually arrival only starts at 4 p.m. (it was 3:35 p.m.)" could have left her stuck. The rooms were clean but unfortunately very warm, it exudes 90s charm. The beds were very deep, something like that is no longer appropriate today. Unfortunately there was no refrigerator in the room and in the evening all TV channels except ARD and ZDF were disrupted. The waitress was polite and courteous and even served us 30 minutes before the restaurant opened. The breakfast was sufficient and fresh egg dishes were served upon request. Unfortunately, dinner at the weekend would have been a surprise menu without the guest knowing in advance what they were getting. Not for us, so we visited the restaurants on site. The hotel was well attended but unfortunately not what we had imagined.

I would have liked to give 5 stars, but unfortunately it was a rest day on Sunday and there was nothing to drink at 30°C. Other hotels have large refrigerators with various drinks for such occasions or at least a small refrigerator in the room, so there is still work to be done there. There was a refrigerator in the hallway for hotel guests, but our water was simply taken away by another hotel guest!!!!!!!!
