The hotel is quiet and well located. The rooms are clean and furnished as usual.I can't say much about the service, I had no contact with an employee and breakfast on weekends only takes place at 9 a.m. and only by arrangement, there was no one there. We left the hotel at 8 a.m. due to the start of the competition.

3 nights were booked. When I got into the hotel room to enjoy the last night, all of my things were suddenly gone and the room was cleaned. They found each other again at the reception because I supposedly only booked 2 nights. Nobody called to clarify this or anything like that. Stranger things are simply touched and put aside. Not nice :)In short: the hotel has forgotten me. Just overlook this overnight stay and yeah. There is slight mold in the corners of the bathroom, but it could be removed quickly :)The only really praiseworthy thing is the nice gentleman at reception, who really went out of his way to sort it out and somehow get an overnight stay in the hotel or a neighboring one. (He got a free room ;))As I said: big praise to the gentleman at reception :3

The hotel is rather simple and inexpensive. This naturally also applies to breakfast.

Very impersonal, the impression of not being wanted, room was large and clean, mold in the bathroom, no heating, "cold" breakfast wasn't bad, parking is okay

Well located. Very small room, bathroom almost tiny, sparse furnishings, no decorations or anything nice but very clean. I only found out early on that there was WiFi. Very noisy. You hear everything from the other guests. No information for guests about the hotel in the rooms. No breakfast. Notices for bus routes, city maps and train departures would be desirable.

Recently I received a message from Google. On behalf of the "customer" (the hotel owner) my review was called untrue. The “customer” doesn’t remember any contact with me. I wouldn't have been a guest at the hotel at all. The review is a fake, so to speak. The obligation to withdraw the rating was supported with various quotes from laws/judgments.I have replied to this email with relevant information as far as I can from my point of view. For data protection reasons, I have stated that I would be happy to provide more details in the event of personal contact, for example witnesses. But don't just pass this on to an unknown person who speaks on behalf of a third party. My review then appears to have been deleted. Since, in my opinion, there is a massive attempt here to get rid of unpleasant reviews instead of dealing with them constructively, I would like to share my review from 2019 again:Unfortunately, when we arrived we met a completely overworked and annoyed innkeeper. No welcome, no "...nice that you're here...", instead first the note that they hadn't informed themselves extensively about the opening times (we booked by phone, didn't look on the internet and were answered on the phone). It wasn't pointed out that you can't check in until 4 p.m. -> we were there at 2 p.m.).Change of location to the reception: Here the innkeeper first presented us with newspaper clippings stating that free parking was not a human right (we parked in the hotel's own yard, if it cost money, we found it to be completely normal and said nothing at all against it - < why the instruction?)He continued with a written obligation to pay compensation for violations of the non-smoking rules, saying that he had already experienced so much and that was the only way it would be respected (otherwise what kind of people stay in this hotel that such measures are necessary?)Next in the room: It happened too often that guests set the heating thermostat to "5" and left the windows open all day. After extensive instruction about correct heating behavior, it was explained to us that the latest technology would switch off the heating in the entire room if one of us (or the neighboring rooms) made this mistake. We only booked the room for one night. The next morning at reception when checking out I spoke to the innkeeper about it again. He has to do the work here for four men, barely gets any sleep and can't find any staff. We didn't expect an apology, but some insight. As guests, there is nothing we can do about such a situation. We don't want to be treated as "kings", but we don't want to be treated as supplicants either. The hotel itself has a very cozy character. The room was very clean, the bathroom was small but ok. But as explained when checking out, you don't win guests that way, you won't come back treated like that. We don't want to know what so many other guests have done wrong here, a simple explanation of how we should behave is enough. Revision or not.

A very nice and cozy hotel that is family run :) Of course you can't expect a 5 star luxury hotel here, but the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The only drawback: mold in the shower
