Unfortunately I can't say anything positive.Bathroom, shower no shampoo, soap holder in the shower not tight, toilet lid loose, beds way too soft. There is a lack of new mattresses here.Breakfast rather below average. Staff totally overwhelmed and above all not enough staff. Carelessly set tables.TV didn't work either. Spider webs on the balcony. No electrical outlets near the beds. Wellness area closed. Not enough towels. This is definitely not a wellness hotel. The whole hotel probably remained in the GDR era. I'm still waiting for my receipt. I've never come across anything like that and I travel a lot. We were there with a larger group and the feedback was the same. It's a shame, I was expecting more from it.

A lot of noise, and a little tired service. But ok rooms - in one, however, a fault with the door handle to the toilet. The breakfast was a bit boring, but there was the most important thing.

Checked in here for a visit to PullmannCity. All expectations were met. The hotel is very centrally located and (perhaps due to a small construction site) traffic-calmed. My room was clean and tidy. The staff very nice and friendly.Small disadvantage: unfortunately the hotel is not barrier-free.I enjoyed the night here and would check in here again.Thank you andBest regardsU.R.

I've experienced a lot...but THAT (fortunately) not yet!!Nice welcome at the reception. The room: At first glance, clean and tidy. Upon closer inspection: bed linen was clearly NOT changed. Chip residue and bottle caps on one side of the double bed. On the other side, several long black hairs on the bed sheet.Sleeping with more than discomfort. After the special night at breakfast: 22 people in the breakfast room. And every 15 minutes 8 rolls came from the kitchen. And so turn it on quickly and then look into the empty bread basket. Again and again.... The spout of the white coffee pots black as night. The cold cuts of sausage are already gray on the edge. Inedible. I've really experienced a lot, but........

Loud if you sleep facing the street. Very dirty rooms. Dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, broken furnishings. Glad to be out of there and we won't sleep there again.

Wellness hotel with pool and sauna. To advertise this hotel with this is very bold. The pool and sauna have not been operated for years for energy reasons, whatever that means. Anyone who wants to use it for a short break will be seriously disappointed. The service was a disaster, especially at breakfast: rolls out, plates out, eggs out, juice out, tables not cleared. .. Waited 10 minutes until there were rolls again, which were gone very quickly. Friendliness and treatment of guests leaves a lot to be desired. Completely understaffed and overwhelmed. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel doesn't really make you feel comfortable. ManIt's better not to look under carpets or mattresses. Can't recommend this accommodation at all, unless you're just looking for a place to sleep, but wellness can't even begin to be mentioned.

A solid hotel that is a little old.As a group we were only here for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was ok, the staff like the hotel was a little old 😉 but always friendly. If you are looking for a room for 1 night, you are in good hands here. There is no elevator and 3 floors. You should be good on foot
