We spent three nights in the hotel and felt very comfortable. The location is very idyllic, which makes it easy to switch off from everyday life. The breakfast had something for everyone and was very fresh. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The treatments were good for us. The room furnishings were completely fine. We enjoyed our time out and would love to come back.

Very cozy country hotel. My daughter, 8 years old, and I can only say positive things. We have already visited several times. Peace and serenity. Room comfortably furnished. Breakfast room. Breakfast buffet very nicely prepared. The kitchen fairy also takes care of the little ones' special requests. Nothing is missing. Swimming pool not too small, not too big. You feel comfortable. The staff is also very nice. You get enough information about business opportunities. We visited the Natur horse farm in Rühstädt for a riding lesson. Also very nice contact. We would be happy to come back

Unfortunately, we cannot understand the positive reviews about this hotel at all, 🤔 and for us it is in no way a 3 star hotel, the only 3 stars (and more) that can be awarded go to Rosi Bartsch 🙏🧚 from the breakfast buffet, one Soul of a person who makes you feel right at home, who takes care of everything at breakfast, setting tables, clearing and and and... Otherwise the hotel is really not worth a star, ⛔ even if you go to the reception (although... reception and "wellness area" is one) when you come in, you feel uncomfortable, it's dark, dirty, 🧹 no piece of furniture fits together, every lamp has a different light bulb, 💡or. 5 of 10 lamps are burning on the chandelier, 3 are not there and 2 are defective and so it runs through the whole hotel, on the stairs you can see the dirt when you walk up and in the corners the cobwebs 🕸️🕸️ from weeks ago, hanging between the railings Also cobwebs 🕸️and there is dirt and dead flies on the window sills, probably from last summer!!! 🌞 Arrived in the hotel room, well, it's not very inviting here either, a four-poster bed (or what it's supposed to represent) in a room that's far too small, paired with a huge wardrobe from grandma's time 🙄 At some point the four-poster bed had a fabric decoration attached, which is now On the one hand, it's already getting old, so it's best to say goodbye without it, instead of hanging it in front of it like an old rag, just like the toothbrush cups in the bathroom, the writing on which is already pretty worn out, then it's better to just clean them Put the glasses down!When I moved on to the supposed wellness area, where I booked a duo bath and an underwater massage in advance (small tip - -> just save your money), the disappointment didn't get any less, the area was cold, DIRTY (no one had vacuumed there for weeks or wiped) and had very little to do with wellness, the bathtub in the duo bath is far too small for 2 adults and the underwater massage is just a whirlpool 🤷 the rooms are tiled right up to the ceiling and you have the feeling of being in a rehabilitation program at a clinic than in a wellness hotel, no music, no warmth, scents, just everything you imagine in a proper wellness area!I was very happy that the dinner I had booked 🍝 was canceled a few days in advance due to a lack of staff, after I saw what was on the menu, no selection, just one menu (if you even want to call it that) per evening, On our evening there would actually have been “meatball with mashed potatoes” 🤦Thank God we saved this money and had a really delicious meal at the Kristalltherme in the neighboring town of Bad Wilsnack, which I can only warmly recommend!I could list a lot more of the shortcomings of this 3 ⭐⭐⭐ hotel, but I think what was listed alone is enough!

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend and loved it.The ladies at the breakfast buffet and the kitchen fairy at dinner were super nice and extremely accommodating. It's just a shame that they had and have hardly any help or helpers. It was very stressful for the ladies with so many guests, but they were always friendly and the food and drinks went very quickly.The food was very good - home cooking - great. The room and the apartment were completely okay.The location of the hotel is so beautiful. There is nothing better for peace and relaxation.The fact that there is a sauna and a swimming pool also completes the offer.

We were thrilled by the beautiful small hotel complex, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and plentiful. And we were also impressed by the wellness area. Many thanks to the whole team, you are great. Keep it up...We will definitely recommend you.

A very quietly located hotel with a charming lounge and cozy wellness area and lots of space. The full body massage was perfectly fine, but probably had too many stations for the given time.
