The staff was nice with one exception, but the young ladies seemed very insecure. The service of the restaurant was very positive, great quality and very friendly service. The next morning when I was making my departure arrangements I met the boss. There was clearly a lack of friendly, customer-oriented behavior here.Regarding the cleanliness of the room: I had a ring rolled under the bed. So I turned on the flashlight and searched. I then found the ring under extreme mountains of dust etc. The rest of the room was clean. The furnishings are nice and cozy.Bathroom: the toilet had a wafer-thin plastic seat. Since it was only plugged in and not screwed down, it constantly slipped back and forth. For me that doesn't suit a 3 star hotel either.

Simple hotel, mediocre cuisine.You can clearly see the lack of staff. Rooms are clean. Temporary staff work as waitresses and the table is cleared away even though someone is still eating.You can sometimes see dilapidated houses.

We generally like to use small hotels in small towns because we are glad they still exist. We had booked a family room, which is what we got. The room was clean and fine. The hotel should have been recently renovated. This was hardly noticeable in the bathroom. One side of the shower cubicle always fell out when closing and opening and could only be brought into a good position after several attempts. You could listen to the fan in the bathroom for a long time with the door closed in the room.The friendliness of the service staff can be improved. When we asked when we checked in whether we could have scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning, the answer was: "We only do scrambled eggs for groups of 20 or more, I don't think that's possible."The next morning the surprise to our grandson's delight was scrambled eggs and breakfast was fine.The sound makes the music. We had a very nice chat with the chefs at the door of the hotel. There is nothing to eat in the hotel after 9 p.m. This could be communicated better.
