A clean and well-equipped hotel.However, the reception staff should definitely be trained.Very unpleasant greeting and you get pat answers to questions.Check-in is only possible from 3:30 p.m. and then after repeated inquiries even though you were already sitting in the lobby.Sauna only works from 5 p.m.The staff in the restaurant was nice.The food tasted good too.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. From check-in to stay to check-out, everything went as I imagined.Breakfast, lunch and also dinner were available with a large selection, hot and very tasty.The bar for the evening left nothing to be desired.The room and bathroom equipped with everything needed, a comfortable bed, no back pain.The meeting rooms are large and spacious.Summarized in one sentence: this hotel is a recommendation.

Today we would like to rate the hotel.So far the hotel makes a very chic impression, everyone is very nice and helpful,But we still have to complain about something, but maybe we'll take it on board and change something about it, it's not meant in a bad way...Room: very nice, large room with a great bathroom with bathtub, unfortunately the water for showering was only lukewarm and the room could be better dusted (counters and table very dusty)Breakfast: could you do something different?The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and friendly (helpful)Bar: upon request a non-alcoholic cocktail without pineapple, we received a very nice cocktail that was incredibly tasty, the staff here were also very nice and friendlyUnfortunately we can't say anything about the swimming, sauna and fitness area, as we didn't use it, but maybe next timeUnderground car park: 15€ per night is also reasonable in other hotels you have already paid a lot more...But overall I still had a great stayGreetings mom/daughter

The hotel is a bit away from the old town, which you'll notice if you want to go out for something to eat in the evening, so get in the car and go to the center, there are plenty of restaurants here!There is a pool (cool) as well as a sauna, two smaller whirlpools (unfortunately out of service) and a few loungers and chairs!On the subject of parking, there's no problem in the area on weekends, but during the week everything around is full, so unfortunately you can only resort to the outdated, narrow parking garage, which is no fun! Normally it costs €15 per night!

The nice little Polish lady at the bar was worth more than 5 stars. Very friendly and very accommodating.In contrast, there was an older, tall man at the bar the evening before. We were ignored for 10 minutes. When I asked if I could have the cocktail menu, it was handed to me in a very rude manner. When we were ordering, another guest was asked what he wanted and in between then cashed it in the middle of our order. the cocktails weren't mixed badly, and there was almost only ice in the glass...This gentleman also had a negative impact on some of the other hotel guests. Please more staff like the young Polish lady at the bar and the ladies at the reception......

Rooms are small, but that's not a disadvantage. Shower just lukewarm. Quite loud, even with the window closed. Wellness area invites you to leave. Water cold, too small for warm swimming. Hot tubs out of action. Sauna switched off at the advertised time.It's a shame for a 4 star hotel...

Very poor service, I forgot something at the hotel and called and wrote an email straight away. After 6 weeks no answer. Hotel garage is not usable again

Nice hotel. Large, very quiet and very clean rooms. You can sleep very well with the window open. Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was also very good.Unfortunately, the underground car park and the parking spaces at the hotel were full when we arrived in the evening, but otherwise everything was great.

First impression - good.But then - thick fluff of dust under the bed - torn lining hanging under the armchair - towel heater stays cold and the individual rods are thickly covered with dust.A kettle or fridge wouldn't be bad either. There is also no information about the hotel such as opening times or when there is breakfast or where the swimming pool is. Too bad

In principle not bad, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired.For a four-star hotel, I miss the variety of sausage and cheese at the breakfast buffet; the same thing every day does not meet the requirements of a four-star hotel. Kind regards, a guest.

I have been a guest at the Achat Hotel Magdeburg for several months and can only say positive things. The rooms are clean, the reception staff are nice and helpful. The bar in the entrance area is attractive and the service is top, especially the little blonde lady, always a nice word and really quick service. I like being here.

You have to turn a blind eye when it comes to the bathroom (hot water etc.) but overall, a pleasant stay. Very friendly, helpful staff.The beds are very comfortable.
