An absolute nightmare. We were forced to stay in the hotel in Dessau for 3 weeks and there wasn't a day where we didn't have unnecessary problems.It took 3 weeks until we received our invoices.The “do not disturb” sign is just a decoration because it is ignored. Twice I was taking a shower when the service person just came in and 4-5 times I came to the hotel at lunchtime and it was entered without my consent or there was someone else in the room. Despite the obscene “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.The guys at the reception are sometimes extremely overwhelmed, even though they only came from 1 p.m. and were only there until 11 p.m. After that there was a lottery and you had to hope that nothing happened because there was no one else there.When they were there, they were in their office or outside having a smoke. Telephone availability 2out of 10 went through.In the 3 weeks I managed to turn on the sauna no less than once and I stood in front of a cold sauna 6 times, showered and only wearing a towel, even though I was promised that it would be on now.If there is a first place forIf there were the best excuses, the boys would definitely be in the top 3.Twice I stood in front of my door at 3 a.m. and couldn't get in because either the card or the card reader on the door was defective. The technician had to come again.The showers are moldy. In general, the hygienic condition of the rooms is a smooth 6.The only one(s) who worked there were the technician and his better half. They were always there for you. Sometimes irritated and annoyed because everything depended on them, but they were present and helpful.Conclusion: Price performance is 100% NOT given.Poor hygieneLack of servicePoor rooms.The only plus is: everyone was thereApparently they made an effort and they asked us for it2nd room changeGiven an upgrade due to defects.

The printer was broken and I've been calling every day for a month now, they send me the bill and when someone answers I'm just forwarded to Berlin and they can't even get to their own hotel, the stay was good but the service was bad Totally bottomless, absolutely not recommended and this place has 4 stars

One word: EXCELLENT! Great rooms, free(!) minibar, great staff, relaxed atmosphere, funny signs everywhere, very good breakfast (although one waitress was a bit annoyed, but that could have been because of the crazy coffee machine) a real recommendation!

I've already driven there twice, it's centrally located and the rooms are great. They even have smoking rooms, although I don't smoke. Employees are very friendly. Breakfast is wow, you have to see it.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the Dormero Dessau either. The arrival took place after 11 p.m. and was communicated with the hotel beforehand. The room card was deposited as agreed. Unfortunately, when I entered the room I discovered that it had already been used and had not been cleaned. There was an emergency number at reception. After several attempts I got out of the Dormero in Lüneburg. The Lord promised to send someone and help me. Unfortunately nothing happened for over 45 minutes and from then on he could no longer be reached. That's not how you treat guests. I then had to spend double money and check into the Radisson.

We were there with a comparatively large group. The rooms were ok, the big TV was nice but we were too busy for that. There were deductions for the dust under the bed. To do this, some kind of liquid was massively sprayed onto the wall above the bed and probably just painted over it, which is why the marks of the liquid were still visible.Indoor bathroom was ok but ventilation would have been good.The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops as well as the town hall center (I think) with the Sparkasse machine, Rewe, etc. Before you go to the potato house, you should visit Milano for dinner.The reception staff were friendly and guests were able to park for free.The breakfast was, as always, excellent in a dormitory, but was marred by a seemingly annoyed-looking and somewhat rude dining room staff.There was a pool table and a foosball table that had a loose left-back. I wasn't able to visit the wellness area, but I will visit on my next visit.The free drinks in the fridge are always a delight and were a relief after a long day.All in all, a visit that was okay but with room for improvement.

Unfortunately not recommended for business travelers. We reserved a total of 6 rooms for 3 days. After some initial confusion (unsolicited cancellation, etc.), the hotel is unfortunately unable to create an invoice and send it by email. Unfortunately we have to delete Dormero Hotel from our portfolio. Too bad

Light and shadow are balanced.The different treatment of the guests is strange.Underground parking is subject to a charge, sometimes yes, sometimes no, even without advance booking.Breakfast should have better service.Don't just clear the dishes and wait until the last wavy slice of sausage or cheese finds mercy.What's the point if you don't have the room cleaned???4 stars and no beauty case in the bathroom, justShower gel, no bathrobe????Toilet was not cleaned and dirty when used.As an NH hotel, we found it more elegant and high-class.Mulled wine and sweets at the entrance were great. Not everyone does that either.We were there again today and this time we were really positively surprised.Service and rooms top. Keep it up and we are now our first choice for Dessau and very happy with it

Very, very bad. If the window faces the street, you can't sleep there. Incredibly loud edema closes the window and then it is too warm.Used plasters under the bed, leftover food. At breakfast the staff is extremely overwhelmed and sometimes very unfriendly

Too bad!Actually a nice hotel, good facilities and super nice staff. But unfortunately they can't help it because there are catastrophic errors and too few staff...!The reception is only open from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. You can only see this in the small print. When you call by phone, no tape says this. I found out when I finally sought help from the restaurant staff... After 11pm you can only get into the building via the inner courtyard. But it's not written in bold on an information letter in the room or on the front door, and if the receptionist forgets to mention it at check-in, you're excluded.The tables at breakfast are dirty and supplies are constantly missing. It's not the fault of the staff, they're rushing around - but they can't handle the crowd. The request on the noticeboard that you support the staff by clearing up yourself is ok, but there is still an afterthought: Will it soon be necessary for you to wipe the table yourself?Staff super nice and constantly on the move, but not enough...A few more notices, announcements on the phone, information sheets and staff in the restaurant and at the reception - then it would be a nice stay 😉.

The location in the city is good and the rooms are spacious.However, there were continuous deficiencies that were not remedied for several days.No spoons at breakfast and dinner, there wasn't enough cutlery for all guests.No labeling on the buffet, e.g. information about meat or yoghurt, sweetened or natural.No non-alcoholic beer, no large water (bottle) available for several days.Staff understaffed and therefore overloadedHardly any vegetarian choices when it comes to food, meat-free is only possible by omitting meat.Some of the curtains in the room were not hungSpotlight for light in the bathroom broken.The food wasn't enough, both at breakfast and at dinner. Some of the guests got supplies from the nearby pizzeria.Dirt residue on the table had dried for 3 days.Something was missing at every meal, cutlery, egg cups, napkins, rolls,...Ordering drinks very difficult because no one was available at the bar.It was only possible to pay for drinks if you paid a lot of attention and were lucky enough to meet someone at the reception.You should check out in the morning, but the reception will not be manned until 1 p.m.Dormero no more, next time in the other hotel.
