Great hotel, very pleasant staff, friendly and attentive :) very clean and spacious rooms. Location on the main street is not my thing, but not too loud even with the window open :) Parking available, but has to be paid for 8 euros. Bus connection almost in front of the door :)

A somewhat outdated hotel. Rooms are okay, but unfortunately some of the rooms face a busy street. Very nice service, although some of the receptionists didn't speak German very well. Very good breakfast buffet and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on two consecutive evenings.

welcome snack was good. Room 411 has loud noises all night long even with the ventilation turned off. It was hard to sleep there

The hotel kept what it promised. Personally, I would have preferred a room with a shower. The beds were very large. The staff was always friendly, especially the bartender.I was missing the menu on the tablet. There should be a comment field for canceling room cleaning (e.g. refilling toilet paper). Otherwise everything was really great. Thanks for that.

If the bathroom serves as an indicator, then it has to be said that the hotel is in very bad shape. It desperately needs a renovation!

The hotel is located in the commercial area. This makes the location not ideal for private trips to Aachen. However, for stays in the commercial area.

The hotel chain is well known and so there were no big surprises. The room was sufficiently large and, above all, pleasantly air-conditioned. An aspect that should not be neglected on hot days. However, the wet room was not convincing. The bathroom is from the 70s and is simply worn out. The bathtub is also a shower, so you can do a gymnastic exercise early in the morning and get in from what feels like the lower floor over the high edge of the bathtub without any accidents. Anyone who is a little taller has advantages here. However, they are collected again during the shower process because the shower head has to be raised higher and you shower with the toilet bowl next to it despite the glass partition, so the lid is up 😉. Getting out of the shower is even more difficult because it's wet and it's downhill. Luckily there is an obvious bracket on the wall. Barrier-free looks different. The breakfast is okay and the breakfast room is pleasant. Without exception, the staff's willingness to provide service can be described as excellent.Nevertheless, I wonder where the 4 stars come from, because all in all, in my opinion, the hotel corresponds more to a 3* category. Next time I'll probably choose the Aquis Grana again, at least if I want a 4*.

We really liked the Leonardo. Although it is no longer new, the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms are also quite large and the beds are comfortable. Also very positive was the truly extraordinary friendliness of the entire hotel team, something I have rarely experienced in recent years. Good breakfast too! What was bad was that the hotel restaurant was not open, despite the hotel description and the information system in the hotel. Furthermore, there are no really barrier-free rooms. We had a person with walking difficulties who couldn't really use the bathroom, which didn't have a walk-in shower. However, we were told about the restriction when booking. The bathtubs installed in all rooms are also very narrow, so using the shower in the bathtub is not that nice, even for people without disabilities; you can just stand with both legs next to each other.
