If I were to go by the hotel rating scale, I would give it an 8.6. What do you expect for the price. Small rooms with everything a hotel needs to offer. For this low price segment, an absolutely highly acceptable establishment.

If you're looking for a nice hotel, you've come to the wrong place!It's more of an "accommodation" that is super small and is located in the basement.However, the view from the window is nice and it is very quiet 😊The pictures on the internet are deceptive, because what you see there are only the residential buildings, as you are accommodated in the basement.Price/performance quite okay, breakfast sufficient and the staff (who are only there for breakfast) very friendly!If you are looking for a cheap adventure with a sporadic atmosphere, you will find it here

Check-in was problem-free and contactless. The “hotel” (intentionally spelled that way, it is located in a residential building) well, there is a reception that is not staffed all day, and a breakfast room in which no breakfast is served. The rooms are on the basement floors. Not very inviting, has a bit of a cellar feeling.The rooms are renovated but VERY small. Unfortunately, the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, the toilet seat was still dirty on the bottom and there were plenty of cobwebs. The shower and sink were separate from the toilet. The toilet was so narrow that you hit your knees on the wall when you sat there. No products in the shower. The towels were clean but washed out, the white towels were already slightly yellowish. The mirror in the bathroom hangs way too high. The bed is advertised in the description as a French double bed (140-160cm), but the bed in the room is only 130cm wide, which is already very narrow if there are two of you. In addition, the bed was WAY too soft. The price-performance ratio was underground at a price paid of €145 (it was during the European Championships)!

It's a shame to rent out such rooms. Dirty, worn out, smoke detector removed, floors stained,...Never again!No parking space although confirmed when booking.Didn't receive an invoice either??? Apparently it was blackballed.Staff unfriendly.Never again!

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend it, years ago I was quite happy with the price-performance ratio, now my girlfriend has booked it again and we were really disappointed. There is no one on site anymore, everything runs anonymously, although you do have the option of calling. Contact the friendly owner, but at night you are on your own if you have any problems. There were very loud guests on site, it was scary and we slept very badly and were happy when we were able to leave in the morning. Next time it would be better to spend a little more and stay in a real hotel. A pity !

This hotel is cheap, but really not recommendedVery shabby, poorly furnished, no shower room or hair wash available, no shelf for washing utensils, a screw in the bathroom door for the towel, mattresses that are far too soft and sleeping poorlyBut this is also due to the disturbance of the peace by guest workers from RomaniaParking permits are distributed for the parking lot, but this does not guarantee that you will get one and you will still have to look for where you can park your car in the eveningThe constant apologies don't help when you call and complainONCE AND NEVER AGAIN

Very friendly, independent check-in, room like in the basement, clean, bed was broken on the right side and was hanging down, but soft and cozy, an extra blanket would have been nice in winter and a more reserved bed lamp would have improved the atmosphere. Okay for one night, but alone would be too scary for me. I think 68 euros is too expensive for that.

Catastrophe!! Outrageous! Don`t touch this hotel!We had to accommodate 2 people here for work, but when they wanted to check in there in the evening, the hotel was overbooked. It happens, especially during trade fairs, but the receptionist's statement was illegal and impudent: "Your problem, you have to look where you are!". Oof! The hotel is obliged to provide adequate replacement/hotel/damages and has not complied with this to date.Don`t touch this hotel!!!!

I have never checked into such a bad hotel. Info not manned, you would have to call someone who was there quickly. Entrance as if a man were going into a cellar. The rooms are very simple, the mattresses were buttery soft, so you couldn't sleep well. Total failure in the bathroom, the sink hadn't been cleaned for an estimated 4 weeks, the toilet was also totally dirty and the toilet seat was loose. Cobwebs on the ceiling. The tiles in the bathroom were greasy and dull. It took 30 minutes to shower until there was warm water. The only bright spot is the friendliness.I was a soldier for a long time and was used to a lot, but having to pay for it is an outrage.Better take another hotel!!!!I photographed everything...

I had the largest room with balcony and 3 beds. I could cook myself, but I didn't, there were hotplates, oven and a refrigerator. Dining table with 4 chairs.I was able to leave the hotel via the balcony. Private parking space. Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast, but it's not necessary. Buy your own groceries or go to Ikea for breakfast a few minutes away

Rooms are in the basement with only one window each. Below the lower floor there is a private swimming pool for the residents, which is not good for your sleep at night when there are parties there.
