Very nicely furnished hotel, nice new rooms.Beds are also very comfortable :)Breakfast is excellent, as is the staff here.Simply great!!!

Nice hotel with very friendly hosts. Everything clean and well maintained. Good breakfast buffet.The only point deduction is for the bathroom being much too small, without an opportunity to put anything down.Unfortunately the restaurant and bar are closed

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast, but somewhat dated. Rooms are fine. Located on the edge, partly uphill in Stadtkyll. Our bicycles could be stored in the basement, which was locked at night. The bar was not open due to a private party of locals on Sunday evening, which was disappointing, but we still had dinner and a beer in the nearby restaurant. Great stop for 1 night

Due to my job, I travel frequently and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations, from simple bed and breakfasts to five-star hotels in Dubai. Unfortunately, LandHotel Eifel-blick is one of my worst experiences and significantly impacted our vacation. I stayed at LandHotel Eifel-blick from August 4 to August 8, 2024, with my wife, our 11-year-old twins, and our German Shepherd. I chose this hotel based on the positive Google reviews, but I found them to be misleading and inaccurate. This establishment is essentially a basic bed and breakfast, but it fails to live up to even that modest standard. The name "LandHotel" suggests a level of comfort and service that is not delivered here. The breakfast offered was inadequate, and it’s overall quality was disappointing. The booking process was straightforward, but be aware that the cancellation policy is extremely strict. There is no free cancellation after booking, with substantial fees for cancellations made within 34 days of the trip. Check-in was smooth, but problems quickly arose. Despite paying an extra 15 euros per night for our dog, the room was not cleaned during our stay. Although towels were provided daily, essential amenities were missing—there were no shampoos or toilet paper provided, which we had to request. The most frustrating aspect was the service. When we raised concerns about breakfast, the response from the staff was both demanding and disrespectful. We felt more like hostages than guests, as our issues were neither addressed nor resolved. The hotel operates with minimal facilities and seems to cater primarily to local workers, making it unsuitable for families. The nearby restaurant, which we initially considered using, was avoided after our breakfast experience. Overall, LandHotel Eifel-blick did not provide value for the price paid. The combination of poor service, misleading information on their website, inadequate amenities, and uncomfortable conditions makes it difficult to recommend this place to others. We ended up buying our own supplies and breakfast from a nearby supermarket, which was a far better experience than staying at the hotel.

Beautiful location with very friendly owner and a generous breakfast

We had a very nice weekend in a great location, very good service, very nice staff. The food was great and Sasha looked after us very well in the bar in the evening. Not intrusive, but still very attentive and friendly. Thank you:)

We spent the weekend as a group at Haus Eifelblick.Everything was perfect, the friendly welcome,the beautiful renovated rooms and a breakfast that offered everything you need to start the day.The dinner (with half board) in the Woodstock restaurant, a few minutes away, was very rich and tasty.We ended the evening in the lovingly furnished bar, where, thanks to Sascha, we were very well served.

Spent a long weekend in the hotel as a group. We had booked half board. We had breakfast at the hotel and I had everything I wanted for breakfast. Dinner was taken in the originally designed Woodstock Restaurant, 300m away. Very tasty food and generous portions, accompanied by good and very nice service.We spent our evenings in the extraordinary and beautifully designed hotel bar. Particularly noteworthy was the good service provided by the barman Sascha!In general, an extremely friendly and hard-working team in this hotel. We felt very comfortable.
