The rooms are clean, simple, and modernly furnished, the digital check-in is great, and the communication is very friendly. Unfortunately, my room was very noisy and other guests were cooking and throwing doors very loudly for a long time.

Rooms clean and tidy. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, although it was cleaned occasionally, there was still hair everywhere and dead insects.Unfortunately also very noisy. Other guests pay no attention to you and you can practically hear everything from outside. You can do it for one night.

Really really nice little house. It is very clean and bright. Check-in went smoothly. The bathroom is very large.Due to water damage, I was looking for accommodation for at least a month where I didn't have to advance the money and thank God Mrs. Witteborg took me in and said that she would wait until my insurance paid out.

As I learned, we are not the only ones who should pay for a new mattress because there is a stain.After sending a photo, an invoice for €160 was made.We weren't the only ones.It should be a house garden and not a house with filled rooms!!Very greedy!!

Everything looks neat and nice in the pictures but unfortunately you can't make out the smell of cold cigarette smoke. I arrived in the evening and my friend passed this on to the service lady. But she didn't care at all and said it was pretty late and we shouldn't bother her with it (it was before 10 p.m., someone should be available by then). The communal kitchen (was not listed as this in the description) was full of leftover food, there was no toaster (for my gluten-free bread) and there were leftovers from another guest in the oven along with dried and burnt leftover food and dishes were in short supply. I couldn't sleep at night because of the smell of cigarettes, even though I ventilated for two hours beforehand! I learned from a roommate that there are always workers staying here who smoke in the rooms and unfortunately the kitchen always looks like that. So no leisurely breakfast there. The mattresses were a disaster, totally worn out. At least the bed linen was clean and the shared bathroom worked. We checked out the next day and felt really comfortable in another hotel for a few euros more. All I can say is no service and totally unfriendly staff for the money!

Everything went great, even though we arrived late in the evening. The hosts were very friendly and informed us about everything. The room was really clean and the shared bathrooms too. We cooked breakfast ourselves in the kitchen. Highly recommended! Gladly again!

A super nice and tidy guest house! Very central and everything is super easy to reach. In terms of value for money, it's by far the best you can find in Paderborn.
