The hotel looks a bit old from the outside. Inside, however, modern and pleasant surroundings. Room perfectly adequate for a few nights, but quite noisy from outside. Food and service top! Super nice interaction.

So I'm sorry, I've visited many hotels but in none of them were the rooms so dirty, a layer of dust on all the furniture and unfortunately in the bathroom too.Carpet very stained, you don't feel comfortable there, since some guests have already raised the issue of cleanliness, I don't understand why the hotel management isn't doing anything about it.The service staff was sometimes a bit intrusively friendly.Food was OK.The conclusion: I cannot recommend the hotel.

A disgrace for a 4 star hotel. Room dirty and dusty. The pictures say it all. The staff in the restaurant were very questionable in my opinion. Reception was good. Food is good too. I would never book this hotel privately! I was there for a seminar.

Let me start with the rooms, I get a queen size bed and only have 1 small measly pillow. and a small blanket. I'm just under 2 meters tall, how am I ever supposed to sleep comfortably in that.I'm staying here in a hotel with work all week and sometimes you're unlucky enough to have a hotel that's not as good and that's not even the problem.The problem is that after a hard day's work and a 12-hour shift, I decide that we will go to a restaurant at the expense of work. and we chose the restaurant at the Hotel because we were tired, hungry and exhausted. There was 1 table in the entire restaurant with 6 people and they already had their food. Then my colleague and I still had to wait 45 minutes for our food while the restaurant was almost empty. And then dare to serve the wrong dish. Then when I had my correct dish, I immediately ordered an extra portion of fries for which I had to wait 25 minutes because it was "busy", I politely asked for some mayonnaise, I waited there for fifteen minutes, and my fries were already cold. While the waitress is standing there in a corner with her mouth open, catching flies. Then I ask again and if they have forgotten she says no and suddenly she was able to quickly bring my mayonnaise. Very bad experience

Unfortunately, I didn't have such a nice experience. I stayed in the room for 3 nights. There were enough parking spaces behind the house and the price was completely reasonable. However, it almost ends there. The staff was really very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied. Hence my two stars. The room itself was a disaster. The room was dirty on the first day and there was still hair in the sink from the previous person. The toothbrush cup was also from the previous guest. The carpet was dirty and there were old spiders and cobwebs all over the wall. What actually upset me the most was that we didn't have decent internet in 2024. We're talking about a conference hotel here, which cost close to €90 for the night. When I asked, I unfortunately received the disappointing answer that the repeater was in the conference room and could not be made available. This is a farce! Conclusion: Renovate your rooms, provide the hotel with decent internet and keep it clean!

I was only here for one night (single bedroom) and the room was completely fine. But unsuitable for a couple because the bathroom only had a sliding door and couldn't really be closed.Otherwise, everything you need for a short stay was there, including a kettle for coffee in between. I was able to sleep well in bed and it was quiet too.There are plenty of parking spaces around the hotel, as well as a small parking garage, which is also well lit.The breakfast, which cost €16, could have been a bit more generous in selection to my taste, but some of what was noted on the signs was still not offered (e.g. pancakes).The staff at the reception were all very friendly and helpful and the ladies at breakfast were so busy that I had a bit of trouble eating breakfast in peace before the plate was cleared away.
