A stylish and modern hotel.The smell when you enter is very pleasant. Everything is wide, friendly and inviting. The staff is mixed.Some very friendly, others not at all.The beds were uncomfortable! But chic and absolutely clean. Big drawback, only one duvet, but we immediately got a second one when we asked.We were generally satisfied.Minus points were💡 uncomfortable bed💡Foreign hair in the bathroom💡Smileys on the mirror from the process💡unfriendly staff on the second evening who were unwilling to prepare a Lillet even though they said the night before that the bar was open until 5 a.m. (It was just after 11 p.m.)

Breakfast is a disaster. Everything built in too small a space. Too few dishes, not enough food set up. Everyone is waiting for scrambled eggs etc. because they constantly have to be refilled. You wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee!!! Breakfast is no fun like that.

Modern hotel, great hotel lobby and great location if you want to go to Palladiun, EWerk, Carlswerk etc. I didn't think it was good value for money. Room too small, no closet, only 4 clothes hangers that could be hung on a wall rack, no refrigerator, no table/chair, mattresses without support that slipped on the bed, sliding door to the toilet didn't close properly. In the evening there was only gin/tonic, there was no one there who could mix cocktails. At first they didn't want to let us have breakfast because they said we hadn't paid. Breakfast was mediocre and far too expensive for what was on offer and you had to clear up yourself. When you stand at the breakfast buffet with the tray, you can't even put it down to take things from the buffet. Sorry, I expected more from a Marriott.

I've been to Moxy 3 times this month and it was great on all of my stays. The rooms are spacious. There is seating at a table as well as a small seating area by the bed. I personally thought it was great. The rooms are very clean.In the huge lobby you can end the evening with a cocktail. The staff is friendly and explains everything very well.I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Cologne.

One of the best hotels I've slept in. Nice room and mattress totally comfortable. The only drawback was that the sliding toilet door kept opening. But otherwise everything was great. The breakfast was great and so was the staff. Will come again.

Cool hotel. Good location to the Palladium.Deduction for breakfast: It's impertinent to charge €17 for something like that. Price-performance doesn't match. The hotel is an absolute recommendation, but don't book breakfast with it. Service was nice, but unfortunately totally understaffed.

Very spacious, modern and beautifully furnished room. Very comfortable bed. Very good sound insulation, no street noise, no airplanes (flight path) to be heard, overall very quiet. Bar staff very busy in the evenings but have fun at work.Prices for, for example, a bottle of water 0.75 L = 7.50 EUR to take with you to the room is a blatant call.Didn't use breakfast because we slept in and the reviews about the price/performance ratio were rather negative - there is a bakery in the building opposite, but it is only open Mon-Fri.

Modern hotel outside of Cologne. We only went to one concert at EWerk. The rooms are very simple with fun decorations. The bathroom is new. The environment was not attractive. Tram is nearby. Breakfast kept very simple. The hotel was completely ok for a short trip.

Modern hotel with cheekily furnished rooms.The entrance area of the hotel is spacious and has a breakfast room. The reception is always manned, the staff is very friendly and check-in was quick. There is a free cocktail at the reception, which is very pleasant.The rooms are small and compact, stylishly furnished and clean. The large TV, the sockets with USB, the bench and the stools are particularly noticeable details.What is missing is a shelf or a cupboard for clothes.The hotel has a small gymThis is really small and can be used by a maximum of 2-3 people.I only give four stars because the bar and breakfast prices are very high.Basically the hotel is worth recommending

Very nice hotel in a direct location to the Palladium. Walk about 3 minutes. There are many restaurants, fast food outlets and kiosks in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in about 5 minutes on foot at I/D Cologne. The room was spacious and very good. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again for a concert.
