The experience of staying here, the service of one of the male staff was not friendly, when we asked to have the jacuzzi cleaned, they said tomorrow morning and when we asked for soap and shampoo via call service the wait was very long, and we asked for additional floating breakfast at 8.30 am but it wasn't there. it came and we had to call again but it turned out there was a missed message.Finally, when we checked out, one of the staff apologized for the problems and provided free floating breakfast.Hopefully the service will be further upgraded

The resort was amazing. Very clean and comfortable with incredibly kind staff. Staff is very accommodating to help with tourist activities in Canggu. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 min driving radius, including a nice Italian restaurant across the street from the resort. Definitely recommend to family and friends to visit!!

The most expensive hotel on our stay in Bali and by far the worst. Breakfast is limited and not brilliant. We did not enjoy the food given and asked for a bowl of cereal and he wanted to charge me 150k (£7) for cereal! I ordered ice to the room and that was to pay for too. The pool in the villas are freezing and completely unbearable to get in. The high walls around the villas mean the gardens get no sun any that comes during the day is just for an hour or 2. Staff are lovely but I for sure do not recommend and will not return.

Overall our stay was okay/good.The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.The rooms themselves are very nicely decorated.We have little things to complain about in the room. The shower elements (controls) were so tight that you could hardly turn it on. There was only one towel for the pool/showers/hands, which was far too little.Our hot tub leaked out the back so we couldn't use it.Unfortunately the upper window couldn't be darkened. So it was light in the room relatively early.The room cleaning was good except for the towels that weren't changed.What we unfortunately cannot recommend at all is the breakfast.Due to these defects, we don't think the price-performance ratio is entirely fair.

It's similar to the picture. It's nice and clean, but since the swimming pool is a wooden deck, it's inevitable that there are ants. But while I was washing my hands in the sink at 11pm, I thought I passed out. A cockroach came up through the drain hole, and I still remember that scene.Other than that, I'm satisfied with the rest.
