Not clean, dust and dirt everywhere. We booked with breakfast on the first day, no breakfast, supposedly employee was sick, the money should be refunded... Still waiting for it today. Not a second time!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights, 2 adults. And 1 child for the price-performance ratio it was appropriate. The bed was not too hard and not too soft. Everything was clean 😊 and very relaxing. There was a lot of choice in a small areaAt shops, gas stations and restaurants. The owner was also very friendly and very accommodating. We had no problems picking up the keys and everything went smoothly when handing over the keys. We would be happy to book here again 😊

ATTENTION, HANDS OFF!!! Under no circumstances should you book a hotel.I was traveling to Willich on business and had reserved two 1-night stays through HRS.The first night was the worst night in a hotel I've ever had. And I sleep in hotels well over 100 nights a year.Everything was disgusting, the bed, the bathroom, everything. It smelled of cigarette smoke, yellowed curtains, everything was dirty. The bed had mattresses from the 80s.When checking out I immediately said that I would like to cancel the second night in 2 weeks due to this defect. Here I was told that I should do this via HRS.My biggest problem was that the first night could be canceled free of charge. Strangely enough, the second night is not free. To me it definitely smells like a scam!!! I then tried to get the cancellation through with HRS at no cost as a goodwill gesture. Without success !!! Now I had to pay 90% of the full room price. Unbelievable for such a dump. The manager of the hotel didn't even have to call me back, even though I tried several times. I just say coward. So people don't book this hotel, every cent you pay is definitely too much. I am completely disappointed in all hotel provider platforms that even offer this hotel. In my opinion, HRS has no control at all whether the hotel corresponds to reality as they present themselves. HRS and the cowardly boss of the hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Customer fooling!!!!

Sad!Zero service! The room key procedure has already started. Electronic compartment including 6 keys (number difficult to read and greasy). Then I asked over the phone whether it was correct; I had to say my name 9 times...Then the TV doesn't work (1st evening) and still not on the 2nd evening!The room is right on the street and is unbearably loud (cheap noise protection)Dirty- seriously urine stains on the bathroom door…No recommendation from the store!!!!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the "Hotel am Park". Upon arrival the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, which left an extremely poor first impression. Check-in took forever and it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed and uninterested.The room was a nightmare. It was small, dark and poorly cleaned. The bed linen had stains and the towels smelled unpleasant. In addition, the air conditioning didn't work, which was unbearable in the summer temperatures. The carpet was worn and dirty and the furniture appeared old and worn.The condition of the bathroom was particularly shocking. Mold in the joints and limescale deposits on the fittings made me doubt whether the place was ever thoroughly cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was so low that showering became a test of patience.The breakfast was also a big disappointment. The selection was extremely limited and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The buffet was only filled sporadically, so you were often left with empty plates. Additionally, the breakfast room was crowded and noisy, which made the experience even more unpleasant.When I complained to management about all these deficiencies, I was met with little understanding and no accommodation whatsoever. Instead of an apology, I only received evasive and arrogant answers.Overall, my stay at the “Hotel am Park” was a complete disaster. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise anyone not to stay here.

The room was very dirty and there was a colony of ants living there. We also met several people there who then canceled. In a double room there was a 1 meter bed for 2 people. We canceled and left

This was probably the most disgusting hotel experience I've had in my life.You would have to charge money to stay there.The bed linen was not washed and the room was full of mold and insects.Addendum in hindsight: Some of the money was given back.

The hotel is generally in very poor condition. We were there with a group of friends and consistently there were major problems in all the rooms. There was mold in the shower in several rooms, a room door was broken, the rooms were generally not cleaned, in some there were even empty beer bottles lying around and there were cigarettes on the floor. Especially in mine, the bed linen was obviously not new, as you could still see makeup stains on the pillow. When we asked that the room should be cleaned, the owners agreed, but after a day nothing happened, the room was exactly as we had left it in the morning. The day after our beds were made, but still with the old bed linen!! We were also given towels on the third day, because they hadn't been available until then!

- Mold on the walls- no freshly made beds- No cleaning of the room, even after repeated requests- Vermin infestation- Smell of smoke + taped smoke detector- empty beer bottles in the cupboards- Cigarette butts everywhere in the room- Extreme dirt under the beds- broken slatted frame, cupboard doors, light and entrance door0/10If you care about your safety and health, don't go to this hotel.

I would like to give 0 stars if that were possible. This hotel was very bad. We stayed there as a group and the rooms were so dirty that you could see the footprints of the previous guests. In addition, the bed linen was obviously not changed before our arrival. And after arriving back home, one of our group found a cockroach nymph in his suitcase. Very disgusting overall, I strongly advise against the hotel. :(

No matter how little money you have, don't go here.I would have rather stayed awake for 3 days than have a room here.Completely dirty, internet is barely enough to write messages.Full of spiders and webs, dirt everywhere, the slats were taped off to make them look clean.If that hasn't dissuaded you so far: the door has signs of break-in.

The central location gets 5 stars from me. Norma and Edeka can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Got room 27. Parking options in front of the door. Rooms all the same, I wanted to turn on the TV but couldn't because the previous tenant had apparently used the cable. A stand was also broken off and the FB looked as if the previous tenant was watching football and the FB suffered as a result. Call to the unstaffed reception with call forwarding. The boss answered and I was given room 37. Everything was OK there except for the cable for the table lamp, which had come off the plug. Bathroom relatively small. The next morning, breakfast was actually booked! Breakfast room completed. Reception was open but not staffed. Called the boss again and asked me to wait a moment. Afterwards two more guests came who also wanted to pay, but there was still no one at the reception. Another call after half an hour then the boss said he would send the bill by post or email. Conclusion: basically you should invest something in this hotel and not just cash in money. I don't think the boss will ever show up there either. Next time I'll look for something different and very important: I'll read the reviews before I book

Incredible accommodation! Shabby, open windows, non-working TV stuck with tape, disgusting bathroom!I left here even after trying to get a second “room”!I can only advise against it.
