Probably the worst hotel I've ever been in! Despite our low expectations due to the price, we were extremely disappointed.The only reason why we booked this hotel for one night (besides the low price) is the information that an underground parking space is supposedly available.We specifically stated when booking before we arrived that we needed a parking space, but when we checked in we were told in a very unfriendly manner that the garage had no space and that we should “just park on the street”.In addition, everything in the room was either broken, dirty or moldy.STAY AWAY FROM THIS “HOTEL”!!!!

Spread for 1-2 nights. Staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are so noisy that you think the neighbors are right in the room. A bit annoying, especially at night. But all in all ok for the price

NOT RECOMMENDED!! We strongly advise against booking! The 2 double rooms booked were in a more than desolate condition! (Bed linen covered in hair, dirt on the walls, musty smell, the most harmless thing was the thick layer of dust on every corner and edge) Complaint on site not possible due to lack of language barrier (limited knowledge of German, no English). The subsequent complaint was ignored despite the deadline being set via the mediation portal. Overnight stay not possible due to the unacceptable condition!

Dirty and dusty everywhere you look, fan was full of dust and lint, towels not available. This is definitely not a hotel! Rooms chaotic, staff uninterested and unfriendlyThe television wasn't working, even after asking to check it there was no response, you don't get the feeling that anyone is interested in the guests' concerns anyway. Paid taxes for 3 even though there were only two of us.

RIP-OFF Never again. I've read other comments, they do the same thing for everyone. Take your finger away. This hotel is a scam The hotel smelled like cigarettes I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke because I don't smoke And first day evening they said I was smoking in the room and called the police. And they took my money for five days and threw me away🤬 I left because the hotel was cheap, but it was a disgusting hotel. Nobody in the hotel speaks German or English.

I think the hotel is absolutely terrible! The rooms are extremely small, the bathroom is full of mold. The doors are extremely difficult to open and close and no one can be reached! Absolutely no service! We had booked the hotel with a balcony, which probably meant the worn out communal balcony! It also said when booking that parking spaces would be included, we had to park a 10-minute walk in a parking garage with fees because we were told everything would already be full.We were supposed to park on the adjacent or opposite street where there was absolutely no parking available!! Absolute disaster!! 0 stars aren't even worth it!!!!!!

Price-performance ratio okay. For 40 euros a night it's certainly a good place to stay. A bit outdated, very spartanly furnished, but very uncomplicated booking and nice employees at the reception.

The room is old, but clean. The first night, at four in the morning the alarm went off in all the rooms and we were scared, the second night we were scared, because a man was knocking on the door half the night and trying to open the room and we had a very bad time and the phone to call reception was at reception and we couldn't notify them. I'm not coming back

The reservation for the parking space in the hotel garage made when booking (1 month in advance) was not carried out. There will be no cancellation!This meant that parking was only possible with a 20-minute walk!The hotel rooms guaranteed for 2 p.m. were only available 1.5 hours later.As a result, we as a group missed some follow-up appointments that day and were at a major disadvantage.In reality, one of our rooms was significantly smaller and less comfortable than shown in the photo documentation on the web.The bathroom smelled very musty and musty, the towels didn't seem fresh.In the shower there were significant traces of mold on the silicone edges and in the joints.The toilet actually smelled after not being cleaned properly for weeks!The price-performance ratio of over €100 per night was definitely exorbitant, even for Düsseldorf standards!

The only positive thing about this hotel is its central location. The rooms do not correspond to the pictures on the Internet, the rooms were not ready at 4 p.m., the bed linen was ripped, the staff only speaks English and it is very noisy. The breakfast for 10€/day does not contain various coffee specialties as promised. When we asked for a latte macchiato, we were directed to the pot of coffee and the jug of milk, the large selection of tea consisted of chamomile tea, cheap baked rolls, bags of croissants and toast rounded everything off.Find another hotel

Dirty hotel room and bad staff the bed was dirty and had lots of hair and dried blood. The employee simply left and said: "I'm sorry boss said I'm done." Not only did they refuse to solve the problem but they also refused to give me the money back.Although this was a breach of contract by the hotel.

Pleasant hotel for one night. TV could have been bigger and the frightening pictures would have to be replaced! Otherwise ok, if hairdryer had worked!
