We like the niu hotels, although we liked the one in Berlin even better. Here: Large underground car park! It's okay. Everything in the rooms is minimalist, but what you need is there. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, nice bathroom. No closet, just hangers. Only one chair for two people, no place to put your suitcase. In the evening you don't know what to do with your discarded clothes. But there is a safe. There are snacks and sweets downstairs in the hotel. And an ironing room. The food offered was not tasty at all. And the staff in the evening was just as minimalist as the hotel. There were only snippets of words, not complete sentences. When I went to pay for the snacks it said "six". How ???? "six", oh, it cost 6 euros. It was the same at the counter. “Cash or card?” Huh???? Oh well, pay...The clerk the next morning was more talkative.Breakfast was okay, no complaints, what you needed was there.If you know what to expect, it's all completely okay. You are looked after, you can sleep very well (wonderful beds, the rooms are well soundproofed) and you get a good breakfast with a lot of coffee types to choose from.We will continue to book these hotels.

Location is very far out, connection to public transport is unfortunately very poor. The rooms are ok, WiFi works well and beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened at all and there are no apps on the televisions such as: Netflix and Prime installed. Unfortunately there is neither a refrigerator nor a normal cupboard in the room. Breakfast is fine at €10. Staff is nice.

The review is in context to the charges during my stay which was €160 euro/day. Stayed for 4 nights and found the rooms to be really small with a bed and a small table. There is no closets or racks which makes the long stay really uncomfortable. The windows could not be opened which gave a stuffy feeling. The breakfast spread was mediocre and was the same every single day with no efforts from the management to change things. The hotel itself is quite far away from the nearest public transport stop and the walk at night did not feel quite safe. In short, not recommended unless you are offered with no choice in Dusseldorf.

The hotel is ok. Just no water in rooms, and breakfast space is quite small, so you need to wait while someone will finish or sit together.Bar of the restaurant I guess good for drinks but not for food. Unfortunately.We stayed during the exhibition time in Messe so travel time by taxi was about 10min and that was important for us.Anyway, I recommend this for short stay.
