Rooms very clean. Bed very good. The only thing that is not good for winter is the heating control in the rooms. You cannot program the bathroom separately. So either everything is warm, which is not so comfortable for sleeping, or everything is cold. Then showering is not pleasant. Breakfast is great. Everything you need is there.

For this price range you should check in at a terminal yourself… if they work. I then had to do this with two MAs on one IPAD. Although as a business traveler I had stored all the data, including the credit card, everything had to be entered again. Then I was brought back to the hotel in the evening after an event and wanted two 0.5 Cokes from a drinks fridge. The MA then wanted €11.80 from me for it 😡 It really couldn't be more outrageous! Then, in my opinion, the issue of data protection is not taken into account. Because when I planned to buy two Cokes, I didn't know the prices yet because they weren't posted anywhere, so I had to pay at the MA. I wanted to pay directly, but didn't go in cash. The employee first laboriously looked for my room number with my name. I was practically standing next to him and could look over his shoulders. A workplace with an iPad, pens, lists, a private cell phone and cigarettes. Then I would like to get some coffee during breakfast. To do this I have to go between the tables, but I can't because a robot that collects the used dishes comes towards me. That means I have to make room for the robot, it's hard to avoid it... the breakfast buffet was definitely too expensive for the selection and the service, obviously there are also cuts in staff!!!! The beautiful, cozy and modern room can't make up for that. Whether for private or business purposes, I'm happy to pay €20 more, but then with significantly greater comfort and a more personal atmosphere. If I have to check in myself and am willing to forego breakfast because it is very expensive and the Coke from the machine is enough, then I go to the B&B, it is cheaper and not worse.

There is a lack of comfort in the hotel. There is a cold atmosphere that pervades the entire hotel. Lots of small flaws. The hotel is ok but nothing more. Price/performance seems excessive.

The hotel is wonderfully located on the Rhine. We visited the hotel as part of a workshop from September 30th to October 2nd. Used in 2024.The hotel has a very modern and fresh design.I have not yet had the opportunity to stay in a hotel like this or hold a conference.The pictures on the WEB site are completely sufficient and meaningful.Before arrival:You have the option of checking in online before you arrive in person. That doesn't happen often.Reception:We were welcomed at the reception by very friendly and competent staff. The next special feature is that several online terminals are available to encode your room card yourself. No problem, because any was always available. All participants were very satisfied here too.Service:The staff available was extremely competent and friendly.Meeting:Light illuminated room with modern technology. (Up to 40 people)Snacks during breaks are simply delicious.Cold drinks were available directly in the room (refrigerator).I was instructed in the technology in advance and an employee was always available if I had any questions.Room/Breakfast:Simply great, see comments belowOverall verdict:I can only recommend this hotel.Best regardsUwe (62 years old)

Yep. Was good. Self check-in takes some getting used to. The fact that you still have to give the card to someone when checking out irritated me. These are good rooms per se and are also very clean. A big plus here is that you have 1 bottle of water in your room free of charge. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels where this isn't the case. Thank you for allowing me to be a guest here.

Pleasant stay.The service was great, the breakfast was very extensive and the rooms were tastefully decorated. It should be mentioned that two beds put together with a topper is not a king-size bed. It gets very loud in the evening because it feels like there's a car race going on,Otherwise I would come back there at any time.

Each room has its own painting.The night was quiet: Friday into SaturdayBreakfast: WELL!1. At €19.90 I think it's too expensive for what's on offer. Value approx. 10€.2. Selection is clear3. Mini rolls (better small than large and half in the bin, but unfortunately the ones I had were hard.4. Adding toppings could use more attentive staff.5. Scrambled eggs have been in the warming container for too long.6. Photos do not match the listing.7. No fruit salad etc.The clearing service by robot is cool.The WMF can make more drinks, e.g. cocoa.Otherwise a pleasant stay.Come again.
