The service was extremely expandable. This started with the “welcome”. We had reserved in advance for the beer garden and were greeted (friendly) by a young lady who did not have the skills to allocate seats. The colleague responsible for Leiber calmly rearranged some of the tables and kept us waiting for minutes.When taking the order, the service was not particularly friendly or customer-oriented. An order for a draft Alster (more beer, less Sprite) was rejected. I should please take the bottle shandy. There is no tap Radler/Alster here... ugh!Food was okay so far. Unfortunately, the beef with the salad was completely "dead"...I hope the new tenants are making a few adjustments here. Then I'll be happy to adjust the rating again!

I have visited the brewery several times and am thrilled every time! The food is always incredibly delicious. The selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes is also very good and is not a given, especially for a brewery - there is much more here than just the usual standard vegan burger. The service is always very friendly and attentive. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. Overall, I can only warmly recommend the brewery!

Our stay was simply extraordinary thanks to the service provided. The Hotel it’s ok, clean, standard rooms, you can see the effort in maintaining good sheets, towels, clean spaces, etc., But the service was simply extraordinary. The new owners are there attending all aspects, breakfast, lobby, restaurant, special requests. And that makes the place magical, having not only an ok hotel experience, but a place where you feel welcome and cared for. We stayed 3 nights, with a baby, and the attention we received made us definitely decided that for our next year business trip, we are definitely staying here again.

Rooms are very comfortably furnished and I could relax very well.Both breakfast and dinner are great. The dinner menu is small, but the products are of very high quality and have been perfectly prepared by the chefs.The service staff is very attentive and nice. The boss is also very friendly and takes very good care of her guests.The location is central and is in a 30 zone so it is quiet in the evenings and you can relax well.

Update 06/24: things are continually getting better (food) even if the menu unfortunately hasn't changed yet. Unfortunately, service wasn't that motivatedWe have been guests (bowling) at the Hohenfelder Brauhaus for years. Now it has new tenants and also a new menu.Unfortunately, the menu is now very manageable and the selection is too small. The quality and taste do not come close to the previous/former level. On the second visit the quality was better, but unfortunately the menu was still not really convincing.As a larger group, no one found anything that they - like before - ordered out of conviction. We hope that changes quickly.The tenant didn't introduce himself as regular guests (booking the bowling alley) either... but we made up for it last Friday thanks to an impulse from us.Service has always been quite attentive.Payment was initially only possible at the counter, but is now also possible on the train - that's great progress.Rooms were painted, otherwise there was no visually noticeable change.PS: The Beer Buddy offer (8 pieces) has an interesting price... we kindly mentioned it directly, but haven't heard anything further. Update: New signs have been ordered.

Didn’t stay over, but ate at the restaurant.|Asking three differen’t persons svout where the locals eat their schnitzel- all said Brauhaus.!!||Great food, great staff and nice location out back. what a city! Really nice! ||Well worth a visit!

I recently visited the Hohenfelder Brauhaus restaurant in Wiedenbrück and was unfortunately disappointed. Although the atmosphere was quite cozy and inviting, we were served warm beer. This greatly spoiled the overall impression. For me, a cold beer is an essential part of a successful dinner, and so I couldn't really enjoy the visit. The food was okay, but the overall package was unfortunately not satisfactory. I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to the correct temperature of the drinks. Until then, I'll probably prefer other places.
