The service was initially very nice and accommodating and then when it came to payment, things had to be paid for that had been agreed upon completely differently over the phone. Afterwards I found out that it was probably the managing director herself. So please have everything confirmed in writing. This is the second time this has happened, so be careful!

Good hotel, my room was over the entrance and it was very loud from customers coming and going. Everything was clean. And friendly staff.

We were invited to a wedding near the hotel and then booked a room there. The reception was very friendly and nice and the room was completely fine. You had everything you needed and it was very quiet. …

The review has been edited. But I don't want to hide the negative experience of our Christmas party. That's why only the newest one, because (as you can see from the stars) it has improved significantly! We were here for dinner, we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary here as a couple, as we also celebrated our wedding here at the time.I have nothing to complain about. Everything was great! The service was super friendly, patient and accommodating! The food was great and it was plentiful! I didn't quite make it.As it was today, I can only recommend it to everyone and I have revised my old opinion... gladly again! Here's the old review so you can see that a lot of work has been done here! It's worth giving second chances ;)We had our Christmas party there last Friday and I was shocked.First of all, my wife and I got married there in 2014 and it was beautiful back then.At the Christmas party… there were about 25 of us. We initially had a bowling alley for two hours. Until then everything was fine. So it was reasonable and good service. Afterwards we went to a hall to eat and that's when the chaos began. We ordered a la carte. The fact that the meal takes a little longer is normal and understandable, so nothing negative (especially since I found out afterwards that the staff was probably not complete). But in my opinion the portions we got were not appropriate for the price. The portions wouldn't even have fed a child (of course it depends on the child's age 😉). It was very, very tasty (!), but the portions were unjustifiably small to tiny for the price. But it was also a bit unfortunate. The food (including dessert) was served on a huge plate. The food looked a bit lost on this one.So far so good. I still wanted to order something to drink in between, but I ended up with a total of two Alsters (one in the bowling alley and one in the hall) because the waitress didn't really pay attention to me. I found that very unfortunate. My wife's dessert was initially missing ice cream (it says so on the menu). When my wife pointed this out, she was initially more or less laughed at. After a short discussion she got the ice cream. Maybe you should internalize your own map a little better here. After the meal, the actual faux pas occurred, which I thought would never happen again! It was apparently agreed with our organizer that after dinner we would be taken back to the lower rooms so that the hall could be prepared for the next day. That's fine, but we were only politely asked to go down once (I only noticed it once). It's certainly understandable that you don't immediately jump up and leave everything behind. When a colleague - who was ignorant at the time - asked whether you could order another round, the answer was “Do I speak Chinese?” I said they should leave.” That’s hard to beat in terms of unfriendliness. Conclusion: food was tasty, but far too little and absolutely overpriced. The service was subpar towards the end! As I said, he was fine for the first two/two and a half hours! The Christmas party was still great, but that's not the fault of the Morhoff staff. For my part, it was the last time I was there. It's a shame actually, we were thinking about celebrating our daughter's confirmation there. Although it might be different if you rent a hall directly and then order a buffet.

Super power women team! We had our dream celebration there in the hall. The food was very tasty and the service was top notch. The location is a dream, the hall is beautifully bright and tasteful, the highlight is the beautiful outdoor area with a covered terrace.Thank you for the lovely evening with you!
