DON'T BOOK HERE Modus Hotel, for those who are planning to book because the price is cheap, it's better to think about it first & look at the reviews, I booked online via Agoda and paid for 3 days 2 nights, the price listed was around 70-80 thousand per night after arriving & checking in instead I was asked for more money with a large difference, with the reason that the price had not been changed, per night it was almost 180k, in the end because it was already going to be night I was forced to pay more for just 1 night, it was really bad, I just had to inform the customer first, right? the room is really dirty, dusty, the bathroom is dirty, there is still cigarette ash & cigarette butts, there is still used soap & rubbish, the front office doesn't even have an attitude, I have paid according to the price and the service is not there, even though it says you can get breakfast, it's bad won't come here again, those who agree with me can like this post so that the owner is aware, it's better to just run a boarding house business than a hotel without understanding customer comfort standards

I've ordered a room and I've transferred according to the price I have to pay... But that's how it arrivedRooms are not yet available and if you want to continue staying, you have to pay an additional fee... I paid via Agoda... Very disappointed, I've already made a deposit but can't stay

more or less the same as the previous commentthe applied price is not the same as the reality (it is still understandable) the rooms are relatively narrow.For me, the officers were very helpful and communicative.environmental conditions are less conducive because there is a development project.the location is quite easy to reach.

My friend and I booking room there then the woman and owner so rude told us to pay more. We're already pay before with application.Then they want us to pay more. Cause so night we're don't want have trouble. Small room too noisy not same on picture also many mosquitoes. So disappointed with all..I'm not recommended with this room. We're decided just 1 day then moved another villa

I've come a long way here but I'm not allowed to stay overnight if I bring a dog with the keeper even though the owner didn't object straight away, it didn't stop there, I was also given religious lessons...... the keeper said the dog was unclean and it was difficult to clean because of the place This is often used for worship....... umm, I don't really understand short-term people like this, even though if you think about it, it's true that everyone who stays there is husband and wife? Does that mean worshiping in gray places is permissible? I don't know hahaha

Don't believe the price listed on the application, because when you arrive at the accommodation, ask for an additional price, he said 150 thousand per night, we will pay more.There are no gallons and dispensers for hot water, which is difficult for mothers who bring small children to make milk.

I ordered on the application the price was 85 thousand...In fact, when I arrived here, the price was 110 and I had to pay the difference... what the man on duty said was really hurtful..."Where are there hotels under 100 thousand in Bali?"don't be silly..Now it's normal for backpakers to look for the lowest prices to save their budget.I was forced to pay the difference because it was already late..and what's worse is not just me... but all the guests experienced the same fate...I'm thinking about opening a room here... Jember's room is leaking

Ordered a room via Agoda, it said there were 2 empty rooms when I arrived, but instead it said they were full. Finally, I was told to choose another room, aka a different building, the room looked like a boarding house, different from the one in the photo of the application, the bed was small, the atmosphere was dirty, dark, the TV was tilted, and worst of all the red curtains looked very transparent!I can't get a refund anymore, I can't ask for a replacement and I don't want to know!
