We stayed in the guesthouse for 3 nights, very nice rooms. The owners are very, very nice, great breakfast, special requests were fulfilled. Bicycles could be stored in the garage. All in all wonderful, every time again, keep it up. LG 👍👍

I wonder why relatives are giving reviews here? Probably the son, of course, 5 stars for mom and dad.The rooms are kept very small. The lounge doesn't look bad, thank God we didn't have any rain because given the number of guests it would have been far too small, they are simply too small for a longer stay in the room. The breakfast buffet was as photographed, i.e. rather modest. The landlady probably put it away and then barely even looked at it, let alone restocked anything. Since it was quite stuffy, our friend took the liberty of opening the window to the garden. Unfortunately that was no longer possible the next morning. Often it's the little things that can ruin your day. Ok, the prices are rather low, maybe even too low.

Super nice operator😊 great service, clean rooms, great breakfast👍Garage to safely store the bikes. We had an electric towel dryer in the bathroom. This means you can dry any wet items over N8. We have felt very comfortable here.

We visited our father, who lives on the same street. Perfect for us. Rooms were nice and bright, very clean. We felt very comfortable. Would book a room again.

We felt very comfortable and in good hands here while passing through on the Weser cycle path. The breakfast was delicious and rich, especially the homemade yogurt... Thank you for the great stay.

We were happy here. The room was very comfortable, quiet and cleanThe breakfast was okay, but only baked rolls. The fridge for drinks was mostly switched off, so the drinks were warm. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll find a very good bed here as you won't hear anything at night

The guesthouse is ideal for an overnight stay when cycling along the Weser cycle path. We received a very friendly welcome, were given a very safe place to park our bikes in the garage and the room was clean. The breakfast is particularly worth mentioning. Homemade yogurt and jam, home-baked bread and rolls, a well-stocked sausage and cheese platter and very tasty coffee.And then there is the drinks fridge in the hallway. 1.50€ for, for example, a (highly recommended!) Einbecker country beer.For dinner you have to cross the bridge on the other side of the river (approx. 950 m) as there is no restaurant in the guesthouse area.In our opinion, the double room price of €70 including breakfast is a bit too high and would be appropriate at around €60.But the guesthouse is still a safe and uncomplicated place to stay that we would also recommend to our friends.

We enjoyed being here. The room was large and clean. The guesthouse is quiet but still close to the city. However, you only have a distant view from the rooms on the upper floor. My request for gluten-free pastries for breakfast was answered very quickly and I was given rolls for myself.

Pension not just for cyclists. Very nice innkeepers are available to help and advise. There is a good breakfast and special requests are also fulfilled. A bicycle garage is also available.

Unfortunately, the hostess is not at all capable of criticism. When booking via booking.com, as the host you have to check after 10 a.m. whether there are any bookings for the same day. Being completely unprepared when you want to check in at 6:11 p.m. is just unprofessional. Rooms clearly had technical deficiencies in terms of shower head / shower curtain / ventilation / darkening option. The whole house smelled of strong cigarette smoke coming from inside. When the defects are pointed out, the hostess responds snippily and makes false claims or defames the guests on the booking portals. Unfortunately, her manner was pushy and stubborn, even didactic and bossy. So stay away from this accommodation. Here it is simply too special and no longer up to date.

Positive: Friendly, nice rooms, good location.Negative: Breakfast was OK, unfortunately only baked rolls. Some of the jam or nut cream packets offered were expired.In the evening we were looking forward to cold drinks to enjoy on the terrace (weather 30°).Unfortunately, the refrigerator was repeatedly turned off so that the drinks were warm. There was also no continuous lighting on the lower terrace.
