Spent a whole week in this beautiful hotel, in a beautiful and relaxing place. The hotel staff were top notch, they didn't miss anything, thank you again for that. The breakfast is also very good, rooms were cleaned regularly. If I have the pleasure of being up there on Mondays again, I will stay there again!

Very rude and annoyed... Old-fashioned bathroom and no really warm water…. But let's get to breakfast or what it should be... There are more dishes like edible ones! You have a great coffee machine but you're just too lazy to fill it, so all you get is pörre. You have the choice of salami and pepper sausage and an inferior cheese, something like cucumber or something similar, you look in vain. When you confronted her, she became unfriendly and said you don't pay that much for breakfast... To be honest, just don't offer breakfast if you don't feel like it anyway..! We travel all over the world but we have never experienced such bad hospitality ………better take another hotel that is cheaper and go to the bakery where you can get at least one breakfast for less money..!

We can unreservedly recommend this hotel, located directly on the market square in Blomberg. Price and performance are in good relation to each other. The rooms are spacious and attractively designed. Everything is functional and neatly furnished. The room is clean. The only thing that wasn't great was the view - on one side (in my room 20) you could see a (smoking) terrace in the inner courtyard, but I didn't see anyone there during my stay. On the other side you can see the next house wall after a good meter. Unfortunately, when I visited (in June) the heating was turned down at night and I was pretty cold in the bathroom, even though I turned the heating up there. The bed is great and I slept well. The desk in the room is quite wobbly. The TV wasn't really set up well, but you could see a few German programs. The paper room number stuck on the door didn't look particularly professional. You won't find a minibar in the room (which I don't really need). The breakfast buffet with only one type of coffee (but tasty), tea and juices is manageable but okay. The rolls are baked goods but there was even scrambled eggs (unfortunately without the obligatory bacon). The staff is absolutely customer-oriented and very nice. The surroundings in the old town of Blomberg are great and invite you to take a walk through the town. Pizzaria, kebab shop and one or two barley juice shops are within walking distance. My conclusion: Absolutely okay for a stay during a business trip - it's not a five star accommodation and doesn't have to be for me.

Where do I start? The shower has absolutely no pressure at all. You have to plan at least twice as long to shower. The bed is uncomfortable and way too low. I didn't sleep well at night. The breakfast is good for the price. There are rolls, a small selection of cold cuts and eggs. The WiFi is good.
