A very special experience. With individual service, great ambience and excellent food. If you want to experience something special, spend a reasonable amount of money, enjoy the excellent food and don't regret a cent. If there was one more star, they would get it.Gladly again.

We were there for dinner on Sunday. We were warmly welcomed by the service staff and given very good advice about the food. The food was really delicious, regional and couldn't be described in words.The service was very attentive and quick, and the food was also served quickly.This restaurant is a must and always worth a visit.Thank you for the lovely evening!Gladly again

I was only there for one night but the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was generous and filled me up well. Check-in was no problem despite the late time (self check-in). I would come back if I stayed in Bad Oeynhausen again

I stayed here for two nights.Super friendly reception. Service in the restaurant was attentive.Even though the restaurant isn't open yet, I could drink my beer on the terrace.Kindly served by the owner on the last day.Sustainability is the focus here, from the menu to the donation to plant a new tree if you don't have your room cleaned. Thumbs upThe room itself (single room), small but nice.Yes, the furniture is a bit old-fashioned, BUT well maintained.The room was very clean as was the bathroom.I can't say anything about breakfast, I didn't book it.Unfortunately it wasn't included in the price for me. BUT booking breakfast is certainly a story of sustainability. I personally think it's brilliantI have nothing to complain about here, if I were to travel alone to Bad Oeynhausen again, this hotel would be my first choice.

Excellent taste, atmospherically arranged and lovingly served.The Wiegands team always impresses with fine food and excellent service.Dogs are welcome - funny when your own portrait is waiting right in front of the door.Don't forget to pre-order the arrangement - it's worth it.Thank you for a gourmet evening in a homely atmosphere.

From May 15th I took a short vacation in Bad Oeynhausen until May 22nd, 2024! I chose the Trollinger Hof as my domicile. As it turned out, an extremely good choice! The single room we booked was very nicely decorated and equipped with a TV, a minibar, a telephone and a nice bathroom. There was also a wonderful closet with enough space for personal belongings. A small safe for valuables was also integrated! The breakfast was rich and had everything you could wish for!! What was particularly pleasing for me was that I was able to brew my own tea without any problems - without tea bags!! I would also like to emphasize that the room was always prepared after breakfast. The staff and the owner were always very accommodating and very friendly! Booking and billing were quick and easy. We were in the restaurant yesterday and had the vegan arrangement. We received a very friendly welcome and had the choice of whether we wanted to sit inside or outside. We were immediately recommended an aperitif outside, which we took - it was served with a fantastic sorbet. We were also served bread, remembering that we had ordered the arrangement vegan - so the bread came with oil and balsamic instead of anchovy butter. The highlight of the amuse bouche was the cornelian cherry in brine. Throughout the entire arrangement, you could tell that the kitchen had put a lot of thought into creating a taste experience and not just offering a vegan alternative. We would love to eat the onion jam with fried rocket, the grilled eggplant on bread with tomato paste and the lava cake every day. With our espresso at the end, we again remembered that we were vegan, so we got almond caramel instead of the accompanying praline. We'll definitely be back ☺️

Service very attentive, friendly and fast. Food is good, whether it is top class is a matter of opinion. I didn't get enough of the guinea fowl, but for almost €40 I think it's steep. However, we were also there for Easter 2024. There were about 4 main courses which was the only edible one for me.

This review refers to the Wiegands restaurant.The concept of regional, sustainably produced products is perfectly implemented.Most of the extensive menu has a connection to the Mühlenkreis.The food was excellently prepared and we enjoyed it very much. The know-how of the kitchen team is absolutely palpable.The digestif was accompanied by a fantastic story by Mr. Wiegand and was therefore tangible. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Very friendly and warm.Eating out as a person with intolerances is often difficult, but this was addressed here and I was offered a good alternative.The rooms were very clean and pleasantly furnished.In my opinion, absolutely recommended.

We had dinner at Trollinger Hof on the weekend a week before Christmas. The traditional roast goose with red cabbage, dumplings, Brussels sprouts, etc. was ordered in advance. The food was once again a poem, great spices and everything tasted wonderfully well! Something was always added and refilled and the service was also outstanding. We love going to this restaurant not only because the service and food are simply great but you also feel very comfortable. Highly recommended 😊
