Nice hotel with pizzaria. I spontaneously needed a room. I was helped here late on a Sunday evening at an absolutely fair price. Thanks!!!!My room was modern, functional and clean. The employee was very friendly and helpful. And the pizza was delicious too :)

I ordered two burgers with fries and tortellini in your restaurant today and was unfortunately very disappointed. Here are the main problems I had:1. Burger Quality: The meat was dry and tasteless. It looked like it had been around for a while. There were also ready-made patties.2. Topping: The topping was very sparse. The lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were mushy and the onions had an unpleasant aftertaste. Also, the bacon in the burger was raw.3. Fries: The fries were limp and lukewarm. They had no crispy texture and tasted like they weren't freshly made.4. Tortellinis: The tortellinis were soggy and had hardly any flavor.5. Service: The service was also not satisfactory. The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. My order was only served after a long wait.6. Value for money: For the price I paid, I expect significantly better quality.Overall, the experience was disappointing and I won't be returning anytime soon. I hope you take this review seriously and make improvements so that future guests have a better experience.

Small clean hotel. The rooms are small but all recently renovated. We were there 2 nights. There was no room service at the time. The reception was rather modest, but the staff was still friendly. I would have liked a smile. The breakfast was ok, you could get freshly prepared scrambled eggs upon request. Unfortunately there were only light, giant rolls. But there was also muesli and cornflakes. If you want to see Paderborn, you should look a little further into the city center. This hotel is quite far out.

The food was very tasty. The waiting time on a Saturday evening was around 85 minutes.We had ordered 7 dishes, unfortunately only 6 dishes were delivered first. The salad was delivered later. The price-performance ratio is good. The delivery person was friendly.Unfortunately, as mentioned in the menu, no wine over 30 euros was delivered free of charge.

Sunday evening, looking forward to dinner..Unfortunately, total disappointment. Raw piece of bacon on it, parties ready... The joy was gone straight away. The pizza is ok, but I can't recommend the burger.

We were looking forward to a relaxing overnight stay at the Hotel Manu but were unfortunately disappointed at the reception. My grandparents, who unfortunately no longer hear very well, were treated very rudely. A day later, my sister and her boyfriend broke a toilet seat after they simply sat on it.The hotel operator immediately demanded a flat rate of €120, or you should provide a replacement yourself.We were accused of wanton destruction, which is an absolute outrage.If your customers are important to you, you should pull yourself together, so unfortunately I can't recommend a stay.Best regards

We have been ordering pizza from Pizzaria Manu for more than a decade now. The pizza was always a bit greasy, but overall it always tasted good. Delivery service came on time, nothing was ever forgotten - everything was great.However, the quality has declined significantly for some time now. Starting with the fact that the delivery service now takes at least 1 hour, sometimes even more. Some of the food arrives cold. The pizzas hardly have any taste and the fries are undercooked, barely salted and taste bad.Anyone can have a bad day and that wouldn't be the problem, but the quality has been consistent for months as described above.We will no longer order from Pizzaria Manu and will test other pizzerias. Maybe we'll give the pizzaria another chance in a few weeks/months. I really hope that I can then revise my rating upwards.

Hotel was functional. Not the promised amenities (no minibar, no telephone, no breakfast buffet).Water pressure in the shower was catastrophic, no shelf or hooks in the bathroom.Everything on the back burner and extremely economical.Staff at reception and in service were unfriendly, taciturn and dismissive.Despite the booked buffet, breakfast at the table was nothing special.The bottom line is that you felt more like a troublemaker than a paying guest. Never again and I would advise anyone not to book there.

No manners and no decency in front of a guest who wanted to book a hotel room on site. Lie in the office chair with his legs up and tried to make a deal in his favor by briefly increasing prices and wanted to rip him off in a primitive way. Such so-called hotel operators should be stopped. In particular, this hotel is also listed with an agency (B.....com), from which you would normally expect reputable providers.

My family and I have been customers of the house for years. Til today. After the order was ready and I wanted to take it with me, I kindly asked if I could wrap it in aluminum foil. I also gave a tip when paying. The pizzas were wrapped in aluminum foil. So far so good. Then a gentleman came back with the wrapped pizzas and explained to me with an angry expression that they were very expensive. I then handed him €2 (perhaps a little too briskly) with a friendly expression on my face. He then took them and threw them into the dining room where I picked them up again behind a curtain. He then yelled that I would never have to come back and insulted me too. If it was the “boss” - poor behavior. (The poor employees) It's good that there are many other restaurants in Paderborn, because nobody really needs a Pizzeria Manu. It's a shame there isn't a 0 star rating!

Ordered food via Uber Eats. The food was there within half an hour (2 pizzas and 2 gyros plates, that's what I call really fast). It was hot and really tasty 💯👍🏼all in all it deserved 5 stars
