Great bed and breakfast and very nice owner couple. Very warm accommodation that is run with great attention to detail. The highlight was tasting the home-brewed beer. My motorcycle was specially stored in the winter garden, thank you very much for that.

I went on a bike tour with a friend and spent the night there. The room is well equipped, the location was very good for us and the hostess was really nice and helpful. Everything was very uncomplicated and the breakfast was great! The price/performance ratio is great all around. Highly recommended!

I really liked it there. We had a double room with a balcony from which you can see the indoor fish pond with koi. Room, balcony and bathroom very spacious. The breakfast can be put together individually and there is a lot to choose from. Ms. Franzbäcker is happy to give tips about Warburg and is very friendly. We felt very comfortable.

Went for a short visit to Warburg with a reservation for a double room including breakfast.We had a very nice double room with a balcony.A very nice and recommendable guesthouse at affordable prices - overall a large room with tasteful furnishings 🛌 📺Inclusive and best of breakfast 🤩 everything your heart ❤️ desires.Thanks for that, we’ll be back 😅Kind regards from Benningen Neckar

Great apartment with great attention to detail. Despite the proximity to the street, we slept very well.A small garden with a pond invites you to linger.Be careful, there are many eyes watching you!!!😅🐟🦇🐶🐦⬛The good spirits Cora and Bella are also simply lovable little furry friends💞You can wonderfully observe the koi's in the pond. A little paradise.The owner of the house brews his own beer 🍺 which you can taste here directly on site.Unusual but delicious.Breakfast is put together based on a wish list using regional products, so nothing is wasted.We felt very comfortable with so much hospitality and would love to come back

Super friendly welcome and service; They even helped me out easily with cash because I had forgotten my wallet. Room completely sufficient for (my) one night in Warburg - not a measly "single cell" like some single rooms in hotels. WiFi worked as it should. Parking in front of the guesthouse. The breakfast (wish list! with a huge selection) is exceptional. Perfect! Thank you - I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

A guesthouse to feel good without a guilty conscience.No buffet, but individually prepared breakfast, so nothing or very little is wasted. Completely to our liking.We traveled with two dogs and have rarely felt as welcome and at home as we did at Pension Franzbäcker. The rooms were spacious and lovingly furnished and prepared. Our daughter traveled with her husband and baby and was thrilled by Ms. Franzbäcker's relaxed and courteous manner. All in all, a very successful stay - we would love to come back!We say THANK YOU!!!!!

I have been traveling nationwide as a field representative for 9 years now and regularly stay in hotels and guesthouses. This is by far the best guesthouse I have ever visited. Everything is right: cleanliness, room size, comfort, peace and an excellent breakfast in the cozy living and dining room (with fireplace). All at a reasonable price. I also enjoyed warm, friendly hospitality, you always feel welcome. If I'm nearby I'll come back! Thank you for the lovely stay!

I would also give more stars if I could... EVERYTHING was perfect.I was on the Diemelradweg with my sister and stopped there. It was a family atmosphere, with attention to detail, we were absolutely thrilled.... Thank you so much for everything!!!Kind regards to you
