6 stars for service: Probably one of the friendliest receptions I've experienced so far. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom served its purpose and the price was right. The only disadvantage was the street lamp right in front of the window and no shutters 😅

Interesting decor with lots of marble and granite make the rooms quite echoey and cold, especially in winter. Good shower, limited reception though and exclusively German speaking so be wary if you have no grasp of the language

I was nearby on business and was looking for a hotel. I first contacted them via email, quick response and friendly. When I arrived, I had some concerns. I had written and I would be there at 5 p.m., but the hotel was locked, so I got on the phone and immediately got the location of the key and the information that the owner would be back at 7 p.m. So so far everything works well. In the evening we went down to the bar and registered, no problems. I ordered a small beer and then we started. Regulars and people from the village were present. How can I put it, less than 10 minutes and I felt very welcome. There are little things that could be criticized, but which hotel doesn't have that? If you also keep in mind that the operator does everything alone, then I take my hat off to him. Small complaints were addressed immediately. You didn't notice that the kitchen wasn't there because the operator made sure that you could order something to eat. Departure in the morning, planned for 6 a.m. and it ended up being 4:30, but the packed lunch was ready so I was able to leave early in the morning and keep my appointment. Conclusion: If you have a lot to complain about, you will find something, but if you want to talk to the operator and the regular guests, you will meet really great and kind people. Came as a “stranger” and left as a “friend”.
