Nice hotel, unfortunately located a bit noisy on the street.Modernly furnished rooms, but the beds and pillows are not that comfortable.Cleanliness is commendable.The breakfast buffet was rich and good, but unfortunately some dishes were not refilled.My room was awkwardly facing the street where it was very loud at night so you couldn't leave the window open.There is also no bar where you can hang out in the evening. But perfectly fine for a two night stay!

5 stars from the outside. Interior and room furnishings normal but could be improved. Reception not manned in the evenings and weekends - this is due to a lack of staff. Otherwise staff very friendly. Food was so-so, but it's a matter of taste.Hotel on the street, therefore street noise as windows are quite thin.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights because of a trade fair in Verl and Löhne. Approximately 30 minutes travel time each.The hotel and the rooms are very clean but quite noisy.You miss a restaurant and a bar. There is a refrigerator that you can use for a fee. Unfortunately it wasn't filled up.

Unfortunately, very unprofessionally after prepaid booking, after the first night you are faced with the challenge of having to spontaneously look for another hotel, as neither an e-mail was sent to collect the key card nor any information or inquiry was received. The hotel cannot be reached by phone !

Very friendly and well-run house. However, I can only judge this externally because an old childhood friend who now lives in SHS occasionally stays there to visit his old home including his friends and parents; And I know he's pretty demanding! Therefore 5 stars in all categories.

We were only there for one night but everything was fine for us. Very nice welcome and we were also well looked after at dinner in the evening. The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished.The breakfast had everything you need. Not excessive but completely sufficient.

Every member of staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and it was obvious that they were passionate about their jobs. Your warm personality made our stay even more pleasant and made us feel truly welcome.We were particularly impressed by the excellent restaurant that is part of the hotel.
