We booked the hotel because we expected something decent from the price category! There was a smell of smoke in the hallway in front of the rooms, just like in the rooms! It was such a strong smell of smoke that our pajamas smelled like it from one night in that room! Cables were sticking out of the wall under the TV! In one of our rooms, the back of the bed was so broken that pieces of the faux leather broke off! This is how I imagine a city hotel! The shower in the room was only separated by a curtain! Showering without washing your hair was not possible because there was only one shower head up on the ceiling! The breakfast was also very manageable! We didn't have the dishes described in the reviews! No hot milk or cocoa for children! Jam and Nutella were brought out of the jars with one! Still acceptable with jam, Nutella looked disgusting! Overall, the price-performance ratio was not right! We have stayed in better hotels with more service and paid less!!!!

Outdated hotel. Mold on the walls Spiders weaving on the ceiling a toilet that is only made for slim people. There is no elevator and the carpets are worn out. Once and never again.

Room was very large and comfortable but unfortunately due to its size was difficult to get warm it was -8 outside , also it was unfortunate that the tv had no signal this wasn't a problem and it's a very nice hotel to stay in

I travel a lot for work and have already been able to use hotels in different places as a guest.Unfortunately, I'm not really 100% satisfied in this case.The room including the bathroom was completely cold because no heating was turned on. Lowest outside temperature around 4°C.Breakfast was only available on one of the two days. There was no breakfast on the second day due to an employee's illness. No alternative was offered. Of course it wasn't calculated.What was charged was the parking space at the house. Parking fees are announced. However, there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is also located in a residential area. The fees can also be calculated into the room prices.

Very clean rooms & super nice / hygienic bathrooms. All in all it was perfect for a short trip. Mr. Koos was able to answer all my questions immediately both by telephone and at reception and even discussed the possibility of a balcony in the room at short notice.Definitely a visit and worth recommending! I'd love to come back.

I asked by phone for three rooms for an overnight stay that same evening. Since the price quoted was higher than stated online, I should submit a written request. You have to clarify the price and then get back to us. The reply didn't come until the next day! Too late!In the meantime we had found very good accommodation with a very friendly host who was able to give us the right price on the phone!

We were greeted warmly and the room keys were prepared. I had my room on the 1st floor facing the street. I didn't notice the traffic, but you couldn't open the windows to ventilate until early in the morning, before there was a lot of exhaust fumes in the air. The room and the bathroom were functionally furnished. The restaurant that obviously existed before was closed, but we received very good tips for dining options that were within walking distance. There were sufficient parking spaces available. The breakfast offering was completely sufficient. I didn't like the baked rolls from the supermarket. I simply don't like these. But a matter of taste. What is always very important to me is that the rooms are clean. That was the case here. A benevolent 4 stars for the overall package.
