UPDATE: When we paid for the room, we asked how the price came about and the answer was that the room was in a new building... How old is this new building? The other rooms were at least exactly the same (furnished). For us this price is incomprehensible... still not ;-)Now we were in this hotel for the third time. All in all, we really enjoyed it again. The beer garden is really great. The great tasting food justifies the relatively high prices. This time, however, we couldn't understand at all why a mini single room was almost €20 more expensive than a double room that was almost twice as large. Both rooms were occupied by 1 person each (of course at the same time).

On a business trip I stayed in this hotel or perhaps more like a country inn. Which isn't meant negatively. The entire hotel has a beautiful old charm combined with modern aspects.It's fun to walk through the hotel, pay attention to the details and take in the effects. Just beautiful.I stayed in one of the older rooms. The room was absolutely clean and well maintained. The bathroom was very clean but is in need of renovation. The mattress was too soft for me but that's a matter of taste. When renovating, you should consider soundproof room doors. However, I was generally happy with the room.Now about the staff. The reception and check-in was extremely friendly. However, the young lady at the reception was a bit confused, but she got it right again during dinner service.I also met the owner when I checked in. Very friendly and you can immediately feel your passion for your hotel business. Absolutely great!Finally, the kitchen remains. Well, what can I say, I was just thrilled. Beautiful dishes made from great products, freshly and tasty prepared. Modern and tastefully decorated. - Let me put it this way, the kitchen really delivered!Conclusion: Great hotel, with friendly service staff, great owner and fantastic cuisine. - I'll be happy to come back at the next opportunity.

I spent one night here with my partner (both 28). At the reception we were not told anything about breakfast times or how to use the sauna. We were only shown the sauna after we asked. The sauna area was empty and cold. That's why we went straight back to our hotel room after the sauna. Contrary to what was expected, the use of the sauna is NOT included in the room price - there was no prior notice here either.The room was already getting a bit old and the carpet strips were already loose to the side. Otherwise the room was clean. Dinner at the hotel was good and the waitress was friendly.When we wanted to have breakfast at 10 a.m. the next morning, we were told that breakfast was only available until 9:30 a.m. There were still rolls and cereals set out in the breakfast area, but since the time was already over, we were sent away with a snippy "I'm sorry."In the end we still had to pay for breakfast because we had booked it. A note would have been very helpful when checking in.We won't be coming back.

I stay here several times a year on business trips - even if the appointments are not in the immediate area. The hotel and the good cuisine have become my favorite place to go. Price-performance is great; The family atmosphere and the friendliness of the employees are another plus point. Therefore always happy.

Even though it's located on the road and railway, which is very loud during the day, it gets quieter in the evening and then it's okay. Nice rooms, although not completely new. Friendly staff. The bistro, which serves really tasty dishes at a fair price, is highly recommended.

Yesterday we went from the company to a small company outing in the beautiful beer garden. The food was very, very good. And the service was also quick and totally friendly. The beer garden invites you to switch off. Only recommended!

On June 29th, 2024, many guests who came from Düren, Langenfeld, Lohmar, Gummersbach and Remscheid for our free wedding (in Delbrück) stayed at the Hotel Victoria. As the bride and groom, we also stayed overnight. The outdoor areas are very well maintained and offer nice shaded areas to linger under the large trees.The service staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is rich and very tasty. Upon request, we were given a freshly chilled honeydew melon.The price-performance ratio is right here.A well-run hotel in beautiful East Westphalia.We would like to thank all the hotel employees.Always happy....... 😊

A very nice family-run hotel with clean rooms, a rich breakfast and very good cuisine. If the weather is still right, you can sit wonderfully in the summer garden. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special requests will also be implemented if possible. Always happy to visit here.
