We celebrated our wedding reception in this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The service was first class - fast, friendly and always attentive. Particularly noteworthy is the pleasant and appreciative communication throughout the entire planning process. Our requests were always taken seriously and any spontaneous questions or adjustments were addressed immediately.The menu, which we tailored with a focus on vegan dishes, was fantastic and delicious. Our guests were also completely satisfied.Special requests such as having breakfast together with the hotel guests the next day in a separate room were also easily accommodated. The celebration went smoothly and we were able to simply enjoy the day without having to worry about organizational details.Overall, an all-round successful experience - we can fully recommend this restaurant for special occasions!

I've been to the Hotel Gieseke-Asshorn twice now, once for dinner in the restaurant and for drinks several times.The staff is extremely friendly, the room and bathroom are clean and large. The only thing that wasn't quite so pleasant was that on the second weekend in September when the outside temperature was 6°C, the heating in the bathroom wasn't active, which was a bit cool. The light in the room could also be a little better. But these two points occur, I was satisfied and will definitely come back!

We only visited the restaurant and can't comment on the hotel. But everything made a very good and well-kept impression. Nice atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! The food was of excellent quality and very plentiful. The kitchen deserves special praise. The prices are in the normal range!

Our visit to the restaurant of the Gieseke Asshorn country inn in Bohmte was completely positive.The reception of our small group was very friendly and warm. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, ideal for a relaxing evening. The food was excellent – freshly prepared and with great attention to detail. We were very happy about the “little greeting from the kitchen”.We were particularly impressed by the attentive service: the staff was always present without being intrusive and responded to our requests. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy the evening to the fullest. A big compliment to the entire team! We would love to come back and can highly recommend the inn.

I had the great pleasure of stopping at the Gieseke-Asshorn inn and I can only say: it was an absolute highlight! From the first greeting to the last moment we felt completely comfortable and well looked after. The atmosphere in the inn is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal or celebration. The food was simply excellent – fresh, high-quality ingredients, lovingly prepared and a real pleasure in terms of taste! I would also like to particularly emphasize the courteous and friendly service, which met our every need. A must-visit inn! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Absolute recommendation!

Always very happy. The rooms are clean and sufficiently large. The small bottle of water is always there and can be nibbled on the pillow. But the best thing is the food there. The chef could cook stars. The food is that good there.
