Nice hosts. The rooms are clean and well equipped. There is a TV and free Wi-Fi (unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi reception in every room) in the room. The bathroom is clean.I can recommend it.

Very bad treatment, very arrogant boss: I wanted to rent a room for a month. When he told me the price, I politely asked if there was any way to reduce the price a bit since I needed the room for a whole month. I didn't say anything more. However, his reaction was extremely rude and unfriendly - he simply hung up.After this incident, I called again to clarify whether there was a misunderstanding. However, his answer was very dismissive: "I can hang up whenever I want. Why not?" – then he hung up again.When I read the other reviews about the guesthouse, which spoke of the old and dirty condition of the guesthouse as well as the arrogant behavior of the boss and the staff, I was glad that I had already made a room reservation. This raises the question of why one should even rent a room in an outdated and dirty guesthouse with poor service and an arrogant boss.

The room and location were appropriate for the price. Unfortunately, the colleague made a mistake when booking and was unable to pay in advance via Paypal. It was agreed that the amount would be transferred, which was done immediately when the data was sent to the accounting department. Unfortunately that took 12 hours. However, when the deadline set by the operator (12 hours) was exceeded, he threatened to confiscate the company car in an absolutely unprofessional manner. Even after being tipped off (the bill had of course now been paid), the operator did not back down from the fact that this was an absolutely legitimate means; he was completely unconcerned about the criminal law relevance of both such a threat and the corresponding arrest of someone else's property.We are really sorry that payment was not made in advance on our part as usual and this does not happen otherwise. We have also transferred the corresponding amount as quickly as possible and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. However, this threat is absolutely unprofessional and outrageous. Overnight stays can only be discouraged if such threats are seen as a legitimate means of choice as soon as problems and disagreements arise.

I was helped here in this accommodation immediately, uncomplicatedly and with a warmth that you unfortunately don't often experience. I am traveling as a fitter, but I would also book the accommodation with my family at any time and can therefore only recommend it.

Overall, it's a great guesthouse, there are only 2 points I have to complain about:1. The Internet: The Internet only works partially, either you have poor reception or the Internet crashes and is then dead for the week (then nothing works anymore), if you are unlucky and the Internet stops working on the evening of your arrival , it will be flat for at least 2 days. The procedure is the same every week.This problem has been going on for 3 1/2 years and it doesn't seem to be getting better.2. Not allergy-friendly: Since my girlfriend suffers from house dust mite allergies, she has always struggled with the allergy, either because there are carpets in most of the rooms, or because it is the bed covering (we don't know).

Highly Recommended!There are enough parking spaces, even for large vehicles.Very nice cozy atmosphere.The rooms are large and very clean and nicely decorated. Rarely have I seen such a great guesthouse.Breakfast is varied and the staff is very friendly.
