The house is within walking distance of the city center and the restaurants there. Also compared to the city park and the spa clinics. The surrounding area is correspondingly quiet, especially at night. Although the hotel was not fully booked, we unfortunately got Studio 110 on the 1st floor directly above the kitchen of the in-house restaurant. It was only possible to ventilate the rooms for a short time, as the smells from the kitchen naturally came up here. In addition, the typical kitchen noises could be clearly heard every morning. Luckily the restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch and was (still) closed in the evenings. We booked the studio directly via the hotel's website without breakfast and underground parking, plus the cheapest option offered by the hotel itself. It gave the impression that this studio had been deliberately chosen by the operator in order to offer a studio with a better location in the house in a friendly manner for an additional charge right at check-in, which we declined.To our dismay, on Sunday morning at 7.30 a.m. (!), the restaurant staff had to turn up the music in the restaurant so loudly while preparing breakfast that it could be heard throughout the entire open-plan hotel - an absolute no-go!The studio in question was in a good, clean condition, the floor and the room doors were partly worn. The mattresses are rather soft, the Wi-Fi internet is very fast and the TV is a pleasant size. In addition, the entrance to the house makes a very nice, modern impression, including a large elevator with glass sides.It remains to be mentioned that we found the operator to be very pleasant and friendly.

Very nice contact with the owner/operator. The building makes a fresh and very beautiful impression. Prices are reasonable for the size and features. Beds are very comfortable and there are no complaints from me. A lot of investment was made here and the house was given a stylish ambience. The bathroom was still in its original design but everything was neat and clean. I would be happy to come back and if time permits, I would also like to try the breakfast.

A really good hotel with different types of apartments. The building has been newly renovated with design solutions. The apartments are large and furnished with new furniture. On site is a restaurant with breakfast and lunch. The hotel is in a beautiful location, very close to a large park and the city's historic center.

Very nice reception, uncomplicated check-in. The owner is very friendly and immediately offered to let me park my bike in the underground car park for free.The room, with a balcony, was more than enough for me alone and really big. Everything clean and well maintained, bed comfortable, what more could you want?The kitchen had a stove with two burners, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave.In the bathroom there was shower gel and hand soap, a small hairdryer and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. And really more than enough towels.All in all a very successful stay.It was really great to be able to take the elevator directly to the underground car park, so you can get from the vehicle to the room very easily.WiFi worked great, sockets for chargers on every corner.I only found the extra bed in front of the balcony door a little strange, as it was actually just in the way. In the kitchen it would have been nice if there had been kitchen roll, salt and pepper. These are the little things that you don't necessarily want to buy in large packages or bring with you if you're staying for a short time.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top complex with very modern, clean and well-maintained apartments. Very accommodating owner. The location at the spa park is ideal, a 10-minute walk through the beautiful spa park takes you to the pedestrian zone of Bad Salzuflen. Directly opposite the house there is a special leaflet where you can eat and drink comfortably without having to walk far. All in all, tip top, I'll be happy to come back.

The boarding house has a great location, right next to the spa park and within walking distance of the city center of Bad Salzuflen. The location and the hotel is very quiet. The team is helpful, courteous and very polite. The apartments are well equipped (kettle, filter and pad coffee machine, 2 hotplates, etc.), very clean, very spacious and everything is modernly furnished. The breakfast and lunch restaurant opened in February. We are already looking forward to our next visit. This was our second time here.There is also a corresponding room for events and conference guests.
