The telephone number listed is really not available to the customer. High tone shouting at customers with no manners. Stars are bad because CS is better off replacing CS like GT. Make customers uncomfortable

Next trip, stay again... clean shower, hot water works well, everything is okay, only the TV can't be turned on, but it's not a problem because during Bali I rarely go to my room. Go home in the morning and come back in the middle of the evening...

Before that, back to expectations... first before staying, I called via telephone number on Google (which is connected to Oyo) and it was said that Oyo was no longer working with this hotel, then regarding the room, with the standard price for the room it was still quite suitable for occupancy, the room The bathroom smells very unpleasant, like the smell of urine coming from somewhere (it looks like a water hole), many of the irons in the bathroom are rusty and moldy (faucet, water hole), then the air in the room is also damp... maybe the first day the room hasn't been checked before being occupied..there were hairs, I don't know where they came from, that weren't clear on the bed sheets (a little but it was annoying as I was someone who was just about to move in) then there was a used sachet of lubricant in the bathroom (don't know whose used it was) which in my opinion was unethical to miss like that .. apart from that, staying there for days, the bathroom wasn't cleaned (they said it was cleaned but the insect marks that were previously there still didn't move from their place).. then the first day lots of moths came in at night... the positive thing is that the room was still tidied up (although every other day) , and after cleaning the sheets were better..on the second day etc. the dust was somehow gone, then the room was also quite spacious..it's back to subjectivity and customer expectations..for me who has stayed at the price of 170 thousand other than this hotel..cleanliness is better than Consumers are actually still entitled to this.

What's good about this place is the strategic location and the bed (mattress + blanket) and floor are clean and quite comfortable. What is lacking is the furniture, the wooden cupboard and wooden shelf next to the mattress are poorly maintained and dusty.

The room is nice, the AC is cold, you get 2 towels, the TV broadcast is also smooth, but it's a shame there are no toiletries such as soap, shampoo and toothbrushes. In the room there are also no trash cans, clothes hangers in the cupboard or Qibla direction for prayer. The check-in process is easy, just register without needing an ID card and just go straight into the room because the room is not locked. Just asked to buy drinking water and didn't buy it straight away, the ladies forgot that I had already ordered bottled drinking water, tsk

Have spent the night here... the comfortable, quiet location is good for resting... but there is something missing in the room... you can't get drinking water... you don't have towels prepared at the counter in the room... there are no mats or trash cans... the shower water is small and in the morning there is no water...the soap is not refilled and most importantly why is the blanket only up to the ankles? the size of the blanket doesn't match the bed. A single blanket is suitable

Rooms according to price. Close to Bros Hospital. Rooms are clean and prepared. There are towels. However there is no soap and trash can in the room. Overall okay.
