Thank you for the "extra sausage" that the innkeeper fried for us (both dinner and breakfast were vegan for us, it wasn't on the menu.) Quiet night in a cozy room, the surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful, you don't hear any traffic noise except that Animals on the farm. Beautiful. It was also very nice to chat with the host couple. Sabine Weber on the Elbe cycle path

We went to Zerbst to play in a festival and needed a place nearby to sleep for 8 people. Everything worked smooth with the online booking. Some of us were able to do the check-in for the whole group and the owners were friendly and helped us organize the taxi trips for the night. Next morning we had a wonderful breakfast, checked out with no time rush and could enjoy the nice views. Would definitely recommend this place!

Unfortunately, we cannot rate a positive impression either. Looking for a break as a family, we headed down the signposted path to the domain. Opening hours according to the signs from 11 a.m. The journey was a disaster. 800m dirt road. Deep sand, bushes and holes alternating. Ok, we thought, the host can't do anything about that. Unfortunately it wasn't open. We were told in a nutshell: from 3 p.m. and that we should leave the farm. It's a shame with 2 children...New opening times should also be adjusted on the many signs.

The Elbe cycle path has been generously advertised several times with opening times from 11 a.m. In fact it was closed, opening hours from 3 p.m. and catering only by appointment. When we wanted to take a short break in the courtyard, we were asked to leave.

We were extremely positively surprised by the idyllic location of the accommodation. In the middle of the green. And hosts who are passionate about their accommodation, which was lovingly restored from the leftovers after the war :)A rich and delicious breakfast rounded off our stay there.Thank you for the lovely short vacation there.

Be sure to call ahead to see if the restaurants are open so that you, as a cyclist, can save yourself the travel detour!Unfortunately, currently (September 2023) not open every day from 11:00 a.m., as announced on all advertising boards!Reply to your comment:I don't drive around pointlessly, but rather spent my annual vacation on the Elbe cycle path.Your various billboards that advertise daily opening times from 11 a.m. are pointless. It could be changed!
