Four of us had dinner yesterday and received very friendly and courteous service. Our dogs were also given water without asking. The schnitzels with porcini mushroom cream sauce were freshly prepared and both the food and drinks were brought promptly.The owner apparently took the previous reviews to heart and worked on his weak points.From our side, we would be happy to come back at any time.Therefore full marks.

The hotel is quite OK. Our room was beautiful. The bed is super comfortable. The location is central and right on the dam. The breakfast was also great.

Were there for two nights, the room wasn't in the best condition, the shower was partly broken. The owners were very friendly and nice, that's why it hurts me a bit, but we weren't satisfied with the quality of the breakfast, unfortunately we were served expired food, such as yoghurt or margarine, which had been there for almost two months, the coffee pot, sugar bowl, etc . were dirty. So we didn't feel comfortable at this point and weren't satisfied.

The Hotel Floren is in a very convenient location and the parking lot can also be reached very quickly. The staff is very friendly, the design of the hotel fits in very well with the surrounding area and is a highly recommended hotel.

No cancellation possible without email. Incompetent and unfriendly, you weren't even able to have a friendly conversation, they just explained that the guest was difficult. I will not be a guest here and I hereby cancel my room. Best regards, the unfriendly Natalie Sieger

Unfortunately, the mushrooms in the food are dried mushrooms that taste like rubber. There is an unpleasant smell of toilet stones inside. To be honest, the pizza doesn't deserve its name, and there was hair incorporated into the topping. Absolutely no recommendation!

We wanted to get waffles because they were advertised on signs in front of the restaurant. There was no friendliness or empathy from the innkeeper. Without even hearing a greeting like “Hello,” we were brushed off with a dismissive gesture and the statement “We have a lot of orders...” With such communication you alienate your customers.

There are two different restaurants.A pizzeria (we weren't there) and a restaurant with German cuisine.We received a very warm welcome, the drinks and food came quickly and were delicious, the atmosphere is nice and cozy.We were also given tips on hikes, which we were very grateful for.Lovely again :)
