We stayed at the Hotel Palmenbad for two nights and had the room with a box spring bed and balcony 😊. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was pleasantly spacious. Everything was also clean and tidy. A welcome bottle of water was included in the room. We had a very large TV on the wall with internet TV. It was therefore possible to end the day comfortably late in the evening.The breakfast was great. Coffee requests and egg dishes were freshly prepared as requested. Rolls, sausage, cheese, jam, muesli and chopped fruit were available. The breakfast room was comfortably furnished in a modern style. Our service staff was really cute, funny and very attentive. 😅. We liked it.

modern small hotel near Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, but just outside the city. Our corner room with a view of the intersection and tram was very large and well-equipped: separate couch, balcony, refrigerator, Bluetooth speaker. The breakfast buffet is extensive, coffee and egg dishes are freshly prepared upon request.

Nice little hotel. Beds are great and everything is very clean. What's not good is the toilet. It has no door to the room and no window. That's why only three stars. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good in buffet form.

Very spacious modern room with a good bed. Large TV, unfortunately with a limited range of channels. Not being able to watch the NL-Turkey semi-final. Breakfast was sufficient, but the coffee was bad

Our room was in the attic and only accessible via stairs. The bathroom very small, the sinks in the room, not good at night because of hand washing. The breakfast was ok, you had to ask about a lot of things, e.g. b eggs.

We stayed here at the hotel with friends for a weekend to see Kassel and we are very excited about the hotel.The rooms are newly furnished and there is nothing missing in the room that you need on a weekend, you can sleep very well on the firm mattresses and it is nice and clean. The breakfast was just lovely, great selection, everything was fresh and the employee even paid attention to whether the coffee cups were empty and you needed refills. We spent the evenings at the hotel's own bar and were treated really well. Here, too, the staff was super attentive, tried very hard to make sure we had a nice evening and even laughed along. You didn't feel like you were in a hotel at all.In short, anyone visiting Kassel is in good hands here for a comfortable overnight stay.

We stayed in Kassel for one night for the Obros concert and stayed in this chic and cozy hotel.Everything you needed was there.The worst thing was that I had forgotten my wallet in the room and the super nice lady at reception wrote us an email before I even noticed.They also sent it to me directly, thank God and that's really true.Such honesty is no longer a given in today's society, thank you again, I'm so happy to have it again🙏🏼.I can only recommend this hotel.

We felt very comfortable. Service and location great. The only thing we would pay attention to next time would be a room with a shower. We had one with a bathtub and neither a partition nor a shower curtain. You have to shower while sitting down if you don't want to get flooded. Very clean. Parking easily possible. 👍
