Super nice owners and employees. The kitchen is a dream. Room #27 was cobbled together. Different tiles in the bathroom, the warm setting of the shower requires a new thermostat control. That was adventurous. The floor in the shower was very slippery and the shower head was calcified. Oh yes, the edge of the bed was higher than the mattress. Please change it and the price of €114 would be fair. Please 🙏

You have to reserve early enough, when we were there it was full house... so everything took a little longer. The food was still delicious

Restaurant in a half-timbered house right on the street. Very nice atmosphere. Ate a la carte, food and service very good. Absolute recommendation!

Just beautiful there, in all respects. Wonderful garden for eating and relaxing, wonderful ancient half-timbered house, but with the latest technology, excellent food, service very nice and friendly. Always enjoy going there again. In addition, northern Hesse is an extremely beautiful area with many excursion options.Always my pleasure!!!!

We received a very nice welcome. The room had a garden view and the birds were chirping.Breakfast was in the winter garden with a view of the greenery and dinner in the garden.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has declined significantly. The quality of the food is no longer as good as in previous years and the presentation has also become very careless. Given the significant price increase, I expect at least the same quality as before.For us, the long journey to Ziegenhain, which we used to enjoy, is no longer worth it.

Booked at short notice and got a nice room with a great view. The reception was friendly and that continued despite the full house. The dinner, in this case a delicious salad, was delicious and I can recommend it. The breakfast in the morning was completely sufficient, the rolls were fresh and the coffee was hot.

Went there for the lunch buffet on Boxing Day.The food was outstanding, both in terms of selection, quality and taste.Ambience, friendliness of the staff...everything was to our absolute satisfaction.

It was just food.Prices above average.Taste great.Waiting time 1.5 hours. Absolutely not okay.Demand drinks (service) not available.There are much cheaper restaurants in the region with better service and the same quality.

You can certainly be satisfied if you don't mind being a guest with a question or if you want to take a warm shower or brush your teeth after 10 p.m. Our rather older room and these "small" inadequacies could have been made up for with honest hospitality.

The kitchen is good and it's nice to sit outside. However, I would like locally produced meat. Beef from Argentina doesn't seem sustainable to me.Went there again today. The food was good, but I think waiting 60 minutes for what I ordered to arrive is a lot.

Our Christmas party was great, very good food, friendly and fast staff, with plenty of recommendations for dessert, the cocktails were great. Always happy, very good.
