Stayed here for almost a week, the staff were friendly, the price was also cheap when I arrived and asked directly for only 150 per day, so I chose a hotel here, the rooms were also comfortable.

Marina suites (small old hotel run by family who don't have a good heart, all run by manually) this is really cruel, on 13/01/2023 when I was robbed, my 2 cellphones, KTP, SIM & ATM card were lost, I walked to Marina Suites at around 22.30 WITA with the hope of being able to stay 1 night and the next day I went to the police station and only had a little money because I had stayed there on 25/11/2022, which had large glass windows & a terrace, but on 13/01/2023 the price has increased to IDR 50,000, I asked for help so that the receptionist staff called the owner to give me the 2022 price for emergencies. After receiving information from the receptionist at 11 pm that the price was fixed in 2023, I asked them to let me sit in the lobby until morning so I could continue walking to the police station the next day. at 8am, the next day, initially it was allowed, but at 12pm I was kicked out of the Marina suites, I wasn't even allowed to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Can you imagine staffs in marina suites kick middle old age woman alone out of the lobby at midnight 00.00 am & even they didn't let me use their toilet, then had to walk & walk at midnight afraid of dogs to find somewhere to stay which don't have any phone any device to look for other hotels nearby renon (all phones & ATM cards being robbed on 13/01/2023 evening).For next I will not stay in Marina suites, small hotels, run manually by someone family who are humans don't have a good heart.

I am not satisfied with the service. I ordered via Agoda and paid 350 thousand but the room was changed to the back and was placed on the 3rd floor because it was full. The room is still dirty, especially the bathroom because it hasn't been cleaned, there is no soap or toothpaste or toothbrush. The AC is hot and there is no AC remote, there is no TV. Disappointing . Please fix it. For the convenience of consumers. That's all.

I booked via the Oyo app when I arrived at the hotel and it turned out there was no longer any cooperation with Oyo. I suggest not ordering via the Oyo app.

I visit this room May 2021.And I gave rating now, because I don't want other people had same experience like me.Staying here definitely not worth it, unless they had full renovation and change the staffs.The room was completely dirty.There was some hair and footprints on the floor, blood stain on the bed, leaking water from the tap, room smells smoke and the walll was moldy.We request to change room, but the other room was not better. Still dirty and not well maintained.When we want to ask, are there better room instead of this one, the receptionist go home, because she said her shift was over.So we have to wait for 10 minutes, for another staff coming.After the next shift staff coming, we have to explain our problem again. Since the previous shift tell her nothing.Then they offer us another room but this time with 'upgrade' because this room was twice the price, but we don't need to pay a cent.When we look at the room, we are some kind of relieved, because this room was far better from the first and second one, but unfortunately this room was not cleaned yet.Since this room was not used for a long time, so they have to change the sheet, fix the air conditioner, and some cleaning here and there.And it takes 2 hrs minimum to clean all of it.Finally, we decided to cancel the book, but the receptionist can't help with the refund.And so we leave with disappointment and book another hotel near Sanur.Although we can't refund, but I don't really mind. because the stay will not be worth it.Worst experience ever.

Very bad experience staying at OYO 1684 Marina Suite Bali Apartment, 27-30 Dec 2019, around 10 rooms. I am very disappointed and give up. This place is not recommended. Because the service was very bad, there was no receptionist, the water was dirty, the AC was broken, the bathtub was broken, the water wasn't flowing (they said the jetpump was broken) so we couldn't flush our bowel movements, there was no mat. There is no mineral water available as a welcome drink. The environment in the yard was very dirty, lots of chicken droppings (there were 3 kate chickens left roaming around). The room looks dirty and shabby. The owner and officers were not responsive to our complaints. Parking is narrow, access in and out is limited, not 24 hours, the gate is locked so it is difficult to get in and out at night. There was a room we were using whose AC was broken and we were moved by the staff to another room but we were forced to pay the difference in price, even though at that time our child was sick with a fever of more than 39 degrees. Very inhumane. We are very, very disappointed and have given up on staying at this place...!!!(Studentoro)
