a very impressive stay experience. I found out about this hotel from a colleague and it turned out that the hotel was very impressive, the service was fantastic, the breakfast was really delicious and unmatched and filled the stomach. There was also Ms. Iyus who was very helpful during her stay at the Horison Hotel. Next time we plan to have a family staycation at this hotel again. so it's a good experience to celebrate a birthday

The location is strategic, but the cleanliness of the room, duh... please improve it again. Yes, there's a lot of hair falling out in the bathroom đ and the AC is leaking...But everything was cured by the breakfast menu, everything was delicious especially the chicken soup ahahaha

I have stayed at this Horison 3 times, and the last time I stayed in room 319. In my opinion, the Horison Hotel is the best hotel in Pandeglang compared to other hotels in Pandeglang, it's a different matter if the comparison is with these other hotels in Jakarta, Bandung and other cities, of course it's far away. very. However, you need to know that most of the hotels in Pandeglang apart from Horizon are not recommended at all, because most of the rooms are just starting from the entrance, like boarding houses/rented rooms, there is a lot of rubbish, so I'm sorry I didn't mention the name of the hotel in question because the hotel in question is very familiar and so is it. owner's name.OK, I think the Horizon Hotel is the best. Just a little advice from me to the hotel, please pay attention to cleanliness, one thing I found was quite a lot of cigarette butts around the garden in the swimming pool, then the men's toilet door under the stairs from the swimming pool seems to need to be repaired because it can't be locked and the toilet smells really bad. Then for the sheets and blankets, please pay attention to whether there are spots and they are not white or clean

Stayed overnight here in room 401 for 550 thousand. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. Friendly service, complaints about leaking bidet hoses and moldy bathrooms were immediately followed up to be repaired and re-cleaned. The bathroom smells of moss because of moss on the sealant and leaks on the roof. The bathroom should have been checked in room 401 before being given to guests. It looks like it was never given to guests so it wasn't cleaned. Unfortunately the receptionist did not suggest moving rooms.
