Price/performance of room number 3 on the 2nd floor was very good! Great bathroom with corner bathtub, shower and “illumination” at its best.Parking and charging options for eBikes.Very friendly and accommodating landlord.Overall, all thumbs up!

Clean rooms and nice contact, what more could you want. Will definitely come back again.

Very good location, parking right in front of the door.Friendly handover of the room keys. Very clean and large rooms. The bathroom was awesome.

I can only advise potential guests to read the other negative reviews and take them seriously...Since we weren't sure about the time of arrival, we communicated this by email and received the following message "... I'll leave the key for room 3 in the key box next to the front door. The code is... So you stay "unrestricted by time." We thought that was very nice and took the time in the evening to look after our son, who was in rehab in Bad Soden, and then drove to the accommodation; We were there around 11 p.m. There was no key in the key box; Since we thought it was an oversight, we tried to get in touch. All we received were WhatsApps saying that we “didn’t arrive (?)” and threats to call the police. Meanwhile, the landlords sat in their dark apartment, whispering behind the front door and pretending they weren't there. To be fair, it must be mentioned that arrival by 10 p.m. was mentioned in the accommodation instructions (but not in the booking confirmation from Booking.com). However, we did not consider this to be relevant due to the above-mentioned email from the landlord regarding the key box and the room that had already been paid for. Many thanks to the other guests who responded to our calls and tried to help us and of course to the landlords who spoiled our evening in their charming way, I hope you had fun. We had to find new accommodation in the middle of the night, which is not easy in this area.

The first impression was friendly, nice and clean. As you lingered further, you noticed smaller imperfections here and there. The landlord made a nice impression and briefly explained the area.There are a number of shops within easy reach and can be reached quickly on foot, so you can safely leave your car behind.Unfortunately you don't get any information about the check-out, but instead the landlord uses the phone to terrorize you.Tl;dr: Nice, but nothing more. Not necessarily recommended for a festival.Edit 1: If you leave your honest opinion here, you will shortly receive a message in which you are accused of hatred. Better not do it again!

Super nice, bright, clean and very attractive room. Everything was very clean and completely fine for this price segment. However, larger towels would be very pleasant for showering (only 2 small ones)WiFi works perfectly. Card payment is accepted.Gladly again.

The worst experience of Hotel/Rooms stay ever.I only have written about 5 bad hotel reviews in the last 20 years but this was the worst by far.I made two reservations for two rooms for me and my parents during Christmas, and I received the worst insulting service of my life.Because of my job I am staying in hotels often and this is the worst service and behavior.Owners:The owners didn’t speak any English and had to translate everything.From the first day they were unprofessional, aggressive, insulting, and anti social people.1. The asked me to pay the full amount of 1008 euros in cash when in booking.com there was an option to pay by card as well. I had to go night time looking for ATM to take out cash and I paid them the same day of my arrival.2. The first day of my stay they send me an aggressive message that if I don’t remove my car from the yard and park it on the street they will have it towed in the evening. I explained that I only park there for a few minutes to take out my suitcases and then I parked it on the street. They didn’t even apologize for threatening me for no reason.3.After I payed in cash 1008 euros they give me wrong receipts of total amount of 948 euros. I asked them to correct their mistake and they didn’t.The kept delaying and after I left they basically asked me to write a good review and then they wouldn’t send me the correct receipt.They tried to blackmail me.4. After they realised that I will give them a bad reviews they tried to cancel my reservations writing that I never came but I already had the proofs of my stay and sent them to booking.com.Facility's:1. The heating units had a stop installed by the owner to save gas. It was stopping on 2,5 when the limit was 5 and the result was that the rooms were never warm enough.2. Very tight and dangerous stairs to go up and down to the rooms.3. Noise from the cheep roof every time it was raining and noise from the cheep squishing floor every time you were walking in the room.4. Non smart and very small TVs and bad internet reception.5. The didn’t provide any extra bed sheets for the 6 days of my stay6. Small towers, dirty in places you couldn’t see at first and bad smells in the rooms.7. They ask from us to wash the glasses and plates we used before we leave.They will probably answer my bad review with lies about how dirty we left the rooms and other stuff just like they always answer in the previous bad reviews. I don’t know how many of the good reviews are real. I saw in another review that they tried to blackmail others too.They would not have any proofs about their lies anyway.I have all the proofs from the communication emails and pictures and I sent all of them to the responsible authorities.Very soon they will deal with the consequences of their horrible behaviour. It’s about time someone exposed them for good.I would not recommend this to anyone.They tried to ruined my Christmas but they didn’t!I hope they can be better persons in the future. Good luck.
