Very nice staff. Owner very accommodating.We felt really comfortable.Breakfast was very good and lots of choice.Rooms large and with air conditioning.It was a pleasure.

This is a fine hotel that should have 4 stars. Room was very spacious for a family of 4. the bathroom was modern and big, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. I only wish they will serve you decent coffee instead of a coffee machine. I do not need fancy capuccino or latte, a jar of coffee would do. Also, there is no air conditioning, but i guess that it rarely get so hot there that one needs it. We did not, and our stay was very pleasant. Beds with good madrasses and pillows.

Good, clean hotel, the rooms and beds are solid and customer-oriented, have quality. Unfortunately, you don't always have a refrigerator in your room.If you don't take a taxi, it's unfortunately a 20-minute walk to the train station.

I was at the Hotel Lenz for a seminar. The rooms are functionally furnished. But since you're staying here more to stay overnight than for a wellness vacation, that's all fine. It should be emphasized that the rooms and the entire hotel are absolutely clean. The hotel reception and the restaurant area are modern and comfortably furnished. The colors of the furniture and the surroundings make you feel comfortable. The rooms are equipped with a shower, a TV and air conditioning .The beds are comfortable, no hard or saggy mattresses.The breakfast is fresh and sufficient. There is a nice selection of sausage, cheese and vegetarian options. Jam, nut nougat creams and other chocolate nut spreads are available. You can even mix your muesli with the organic products from Koro. You can choose from various coffee specialties and milk alternatives. Some of the bread was homemade. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the rolls were Baked goods in organic quality. They were definitely not bad, but I think that in the context of the other quality offered, bread rolls could be obtained from local bakers. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating.There is an in-house parking lot that is monitored by cameras and where you can park for a reasonable fee.The hotel is conveniently located and you can reach the city center and public transport within walking distance.

A really great hotel in Fulda. Just a few minutes by taxi from the train station, no wishes remain unfulfilled. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are extremely nice, the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is really good with great regional products and in the evening there is also a small but very fine menu with specialties. You can also spend the evening at the bar or in the in-house sauna. Fantastic!

Price-performance is absolutely top notch here. Was here for a week on business and from breakfast to lunch and dinner you not only get delicious food, but also service and friendliness at a high level. The rooms are not the most modern, but they are very clean and large. Only the WiFi should still be functional, which was a bit annoying. But it would be unfair to emphasize this too much when the rest is really so customer-focused.

The hotel is very suitable as a conference hotel and for meetings. Staff is very friendly. If you want to walk to the city center you should plan about 30 minutes.

The hotel and the rooms are clean and functionally furnished.The breakfast was delicious and sufficient.Unfortunately, the sauna is not included and there must be at least two visitors in order to use it.So nothing happens spontaneously, unfortunately!!The rooms facing the street are very noisy because there is a main road there.
