Very old, everything was poorly patched and repaired.No shower curtain, so the bathroom was flooded.The bedside lamp wasn't plugged in... what if there's no socket?! So no light.The door lock was difficult to open and lock - an ancient part with a bearded key.The socket came towards me when I pulled out the charger.The owner is a nice guy, but that was the only positive thing.

I stayed here in the hotel for a week.First of all, I would like to mention that the owner tries to make an effort. The whole hotel is a one-man show.But this effort is getting a bit old. Breakfast is served at the table and not from the buffet. There is always something left over and either it is thrown away or the next person gets the sausage on their plate. Sometimes there is orange juice, sometimes not and I don't even want to know what the white part of the cucumber was.....The whole house and the rooms are so old that the prices are completely overpriced. It can take 5 minutes or longer for reasonably warm water to come out of the tap. You should change the blinds on the windows so that the neighbors can't see in.The radiators won't need long until the rust has eaten through everything and you could actually own the television. save completely. Every smartphone is bigger.There is almost no space in the room. There is about 20cm free between the table and the bed.There are no parking spaces at the Thüringer Hof.The only great thing was watching how beautifully the neighbor took care of his cannabis plants. Otherwise there is nothing here that I could report in a more positive way. Thank God I was in the office from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and not at the hotel.

We were guests at the Thüringer Hof from May 31st to June 2nd, 2024.The first thing I noticed was the outdated and basic condition of the building.The reception was friendly and helpful.On the way to the room it smelled a little musty.The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. For us it was fine for two nights because we were out and about all day and only used the room to sleep. Nevertheless, cosmetic repairs would be necessary.The bathroom/toilet and shower are very cramped, without a vent or daylight. The hotel is located right on the main road and does not have its own parking space.All in all it was fine for us. That's why there are 3 stars.

Totally bad hotel, no light in the bathroom, which you can't describe as such. Pay extra for breakfast, which also leaves something to be desired. Eggs cold, no juice on the first day, no thanks

We booked through Booking.com almost a year ago and wanted to check in on November 5th, 2022 at the specified check inn time. Object locked! Call the pinned number. Questions like...who are they and did they even book them had to be answered before the lady of the house decided to come into the hotel and open the door. Apparently there was no reservation for us. That's why a second set of bedding was prepared in room number 1 while we were away. The two of us now had a mini room, which would have been a challenge for just one person. Overall, the hotel is getting old. You almost had to enter the toilet backwards in the bathroom, which was much too small, because it was difficult to turn around. The toilet lid folded onto its back every time I sat down. The wall paneling in the shower, which is actually a floor covering, is detaching from the wall in several places. The holder for the shower head dangles loosely on the wall, so you have to hold the shower head in your hand while showering. In the hallway and in the room itself you can hear whether the neighboring rooms are occupied. The board is very hard. To be on the safe side, we skipped breakfast. Price-performance is not right for the reasons mentioned above. We're definitely not coming back.

Rooms have clearly seen better days, renovation carried out very carelessly and without specialist knowledge.The worst thing in my case was the food, the hunter's sauce was no longer good and had a terrible taste.But since it was “freshly” made, I had the honor of paying the full price without leaving the table feeling tired.Thank you

Quaint. Cozy. Owner and staff very friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. Very quiet despite its central location on the main thoroughfare.Breakfast was very tasty and definitely more than sufficient. Gladly again.

We stayed here for 1 night on our bike tour along the green belt and were given a very warm welcome. There was delicious home cooking and a generous breakfast. The rooms were completely fine. We felt very comfortable.

The pictures on the internet give a false impression. The bathroom has a floor area of 1.5 m2 and has no fan. The light goes off every 20 seconds. The bed linen is damp. The whole room is spoiled.
